Research On Statistical Management Of Kunming Economic Development Zone From The Perspective Of Performance Management

As an important part of government public management,statistics is a typical public product,which is responsible for objectively presenting the economic and social development,comprehensively displaying the national conditions and national strength,and accurately revealing the laws of economic operation.Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone is not only an important member of the national economic and Technological Development Zone,but also the most important industrial agglomeration area and the main battlefield of economic construction in Yunnan Province.In order to further serve the development of industrial economy and combine with its own characteristics,Kunming Economic Development Zone has gradually explored and established a statistical work system.However,with the gradual increase of the management scope and total economic volume of the whole zone and the stimulation of the external environment,the statistical work of the whole zone has deviation in positioning,and the management mode and management means are unreasonable.From the perspective of process,the management process is not standardized The overall efficiency is not high.From the perspective of objectives,the supply of statistical services as public products is not complete,and customer satisfaction is relatively low.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the statistical management mode of Kunming Economic Development Zone Based on the process dimension and objective dimension,fully absorbs "three new theories","public product theory","performance management theory" and other classic public management theories,extensively learns from the experience of advanced regions,and adopts the public management theory analysis tools to manage performance In order to improve the public service capacity of statistical products and provide reference for similar development zones in China,this paper introduces the theory of theory into the practice of statistical work and putsforward new countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of statistical management in Kunming Economic Development Zone.At the same time,restricted by the objective factors and the author’s own level,there are still some deficiencies in the study,which need further study by later researchers.
