Research On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of School-enterprise Patent Technology Transfer

In the process of collaborative innovation of new government,industry,research and research,the innovation achievements represented by patented technology only span the valley of death between laboratories and factories,and create economic value,which means that they are transformed into development-driven productivity.The strength of the transfer relationship between the school and the enterprise that takes the patented technology as the target is an important indicator to measure the degree of technological innovation to improve the social productivity.This research first elaborates the background significance,research ideas and methods,and reviews existing research at home and abroad.Secondly,determine the data scope,source,search formula and introduce the data screening principles in detail.The empirical part uses the statistical data in 2011-2018 College of Science and Technology Statistics of Higher Education,National Technology Market Statistics Annual Report and the patent transfer data of universities in China’s mainland included in the database of the incoPat technology innovation intelligence platform as a research sample,using 19 418 transfer records,through the society network analysis methods and visualization methods build a patent-based technology transfer network between universities and enterprises,and measure the transferor and transferee network from the three perspectives of geographical distribution,technology distribution and scientific atlas.On this basis,the number of patent transfers per year in the top 10 universities with the number of transfers in 7 years is the research object,exploring the impact of external factors on the number of university transfers,and after detailed measurement of the reasons for the increase in the number of university transfers,it is found that: The number of scientists and engineers with professional titles,the amount of scientific research funds entrusted by enterprises and institutions,the amount of scientific research funds used in this year,and the number of academic papers published in foreign and national journals in that year have a significant positive impact on the number of transfers in colleges and universities in the year.Of the national technology transfer model institutions had no impact on the number of transfers in that year.In the end,this paper combined with the empirical results,put forward corresponding suggestions on how to carry out the transformation of the achievements represented by patent transfer in universities in the future,and prospect the future work.
