China’s educational development is gradually moving towards the modernization of education,the modernization of education includes the modernization of management and the modernization of the concept.It emphasizes that "people-oriented" should be adhered to in education,and a management atmosphere of equality and democratic consultation between teachers and students should be created.At present,the country is advocating quality-oriented education,quality-oriented education requires that in educational activities to pay attention to the overall development of students,the comprehensive ability of students to cultivate,more educators need to respect the differences in students’ personality.Humanistic primary school class management not only conforms to the requirements of students’ personality development,but also can guarantee the overall development of students.With the deepening of quality-oriented education and the new curriculum reform,the study of primary school class management from the perspective of humanistic management can provide Suggestions for class management in primary school,which has important practical significance.This study mainly took D primary school of Ezhou city,Hubei province as the research object.306 students from the school were selected for questionnaire survey and two head teachers of different teaching ages were interviewed.The author’s research is mainly carried out by literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the current situation of class management in D primary schools in Ezhou city,as well as the existing problems and causes.According to the research,the current situation of D primary school class management in Ezhou city is as follows: the main problems in primary school class management are the students’ lack of independent consciousness,the neglect of students’ subject status,the unreasonable class management system and the lack of communication between teachers and students.The reasons for the existence of these problems are that the class management process is not "student" centered,the lack of the cultivation of students’ independent consciousness,the one-sided educational goal and the imperfect class management mechanism.In combination with analyzing the current situation of Ezhou D primary school class management and the summary of the existing literature research,the author from the four aspects of humanistic management perspective primary school class management put forward the following opinions: first,advocating "people-oriented" concept of class management,the second,the establishment of "people-oriented" class management objectives,the third,build "people-oriented" class management mechanism,the fourth,create a "people-oriented" class culture.From different angles,we should strengthen the construction of primary school humanistic class management,enrich the theory of primary school class management,and promote the development of primary school humanistic class management.
