| In the socialist market environment,China’s tertiary industry has developed by leaps and bounds,accounting for 56.5% of GDP and becoming the pillar industry of China’s economy.Tourism hotel industry has become an important active factor in the tertiary industry,contributing 11% to the development of the national economy.Thus it can be seen that the study of the hotel industry will enrich the theory of socialist market economy.With the development of the socialist market economy,the university logistics actively responds to the changes in the market.The socialization reform of the university logistics is the result of the development of the university hotels and the demand of the university construction in the new era.Hotel in colleges and universities as an important component of college logistics,at the beginning of the set up is in order to meet the needs of the logistics of colleges and universities,but with the continuous development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of the management system of colleges and universities,it slowly started to some do not adapt to social competition and the school overall development strategy,which requires colleges and universities hotel also want to join the market competition gradually.However,restricted by various conditions,after years of development and twists and turns,college hotels are still in a weak position in the market competition,and still affect and restrict the overall development of colleges and universities.Therefore,the study of the current university hotel socialization reform,enrich the research in this field,has become an important driving force for the healthy development of university hotels.Based on the current problems of college hotels and the trend of socialized reform,this paper analyzes the "Hotel Icon" hotel based on the characteristics of college hotels,and tries to put forward the mode and specific countermeasures of socialized reform of college hotels in order to solve the problems in the process of socialized college hotels.This paper is divided into seven chapters.Firstly,the research background,research purpose,literature review,research contents,research methods and innovation points of this paper are described.The second is the introduction of basic concepts and basic theories.In this chapter,the author first elaborated on the concept of hotel and college hotel and socialization,and defined its characteristics,and systematically expounded the relationship between the two.Secondly,this paper systematically summarizes the reform of socialization and logistics socialization in colleges and universities.Since all the development strategies of college hotels in this paper are based on the background of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,it is very necessary to elaborate on logistics socialization in colleges and universities.Finally,the author analyzes the socialization reform of university hotel in detail by using the theory of socialization,advantage and competition,game theory and so on.Then through the historical review and the future trend of the college hotel socialization reform analysis and comparison,on the basis of a detailed study of the current status of college hotels and the main problems,the college hotel socialization reform of social significance.And through the questionnaire reflects the current situation of college hotels,from the management,policy,service and other aspects of the necessity and feasibility analysis,in order to provide a full basis for the college hotel socialization reform and development strategy.This paper makes a case study on the hotel of the Hong Kong polytechnic university(polyu),analyzes the management mode and specific practices of the hotel,and actively explores the socialized reform of university hotels.How to socialize college hotels in the contemporary context? What should be paid attention to in the reform? A series of problems such as whether the reform can adapt to the overall development of colleges and universities are expounded.Some useful inspirations on the socialization reform of college hotel are obtained.This paper focuses on the main ideas and modes of college hotel socialization reform.Before the strategy is put forward,this paper first gives analysis and Suggestions on the overall thinking and main modes of the strategy.Based on the comparison and analysis of relevant modes mentioned above,the main ideas and specific modes are finally proposed on the basis of the current situation and problems of university hotels.At last,this paper expounds and explains how to "change" the market theme of college hotels in the socialization reform,and provides specific guidance and measures for college hotels in the socialization reform.In this paper,through consulting a large number of literature and questionnaire survey and comparative analysis research methods,comprehensively summarized the characteristic of the hotel and the development present situation,and based on the analysis of colleges and universities hotel research,on the basis of the theory of social theory,re-engineering the corporation,it is concluded that the solution of the system and the corresponding model,aimed at to the construction and development of colleges and universities hotel provide good guidance and management.It can not only let university hotels participate in social competition,but also play its due role in the development of universities. |
