| Higher vocational education(referred to as higher vocational education)is an important part of our education system.It is responsible for cultivating the technical personnel required by the first-line production,management and service,and plays an important role in economic construction.The relationship between higher vocational education and local economic development is mutual promotion and common development.The development of the regional economy provides the necessary technical personnel for the regional economy,and the development of the regional economy provides a powerful impetus for the development of higher vocational education.In all the factors that affect the development of higher vocational education,the role of local government is beyond the scope of other factors.Therefore,in order to develop higher vocational education,it is necessary to study the local government to better promote the development of higher vocational education.The higher vocational education in the city of Sichuan province is early.Moreover,with the support of the city government,the higher vocational education has achieved a good result,which provides the necessary human resources for the development of the local economy,and forms a vocational education system with the characteristics of the "CD".The local government of the city has gained some experience in strengthening the service of higher vocational education.On the basis of the theory of human capital and the theory of education economics,this paper studies the development of higher vocational education in the city of C by using the methods of investigation,comparison and literature research,and summarizes the characteristics of the development of higher vocational education in the city of C.The concentration of the training target and the orientation of the occupation;the preliminary formation of the vocational education system with the characteristic of the city;the regional and economic promotion oriented to the service.This paper expounds the role of the C-government in promoting the development of higher vocational education,and points out that the rules and regulations of the school-enterprise cooperation still exist in the development of higher vocational education in the city of C are not perfect,and the dynamic docking between the professional setting and the regional economic needs has not yet been realized.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,which are caused by the imperfection of the policies and regulations and the lack of the overall planning of the government.On the basis of this,the thesis draws on the successful experience of local government in promoting the development of vocational education,and puts forward the countermeasures of local government to promote the development of higher vocational education from the angle of government management: to set up the correct guiding ideology,and to continue to invest in higher vocational education;The Government has established and improved relevant laws and policies,while strengthening overall planning and management. |
