The red culture is an excellent tradition and precious wealth formed by the Communist Party of China in the long-term revolution,construction and reform and opening up.It contains a rich revolutionary spirit and a profound cultural heritage,condensing the noble spiritual value pursuit of the Communist Party of China.Strengthening the red cultural identity of college students is conducive to the understanding and learning of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics by college students,making it clear its own cultural mission,and strengthening the ideal and belief of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Studying the impact of new media on college students ’red cultural identity has important practical significance for exploring the path of enhancing college students’ red cultural identity in the context of new media.The article will take Xi Jinping’s view of the times and the concept of all-media as the theoretical basis,through literature research and questionnaire surveys,etc.,to conduct a more in-depth study of the red cultural identity of college students under the background of new media.The introduction part of the first chapter is mainly to analyze the existing research status and lay the foundation for the in-depth study of this subject.The second chapter starts with the introduction of new media and red cultural identity,etc.,outlines the main characteristics and types of new media,and at the same time explains the red culture and red cultural identity,it clarified that strengthening the red cultural identity of college students to the ideal and belief of college students,the realization of all-round personal development and the practice of socialist core values are of great significance.Chapter three is through the investigation and research on the status of red cultural identity of a college student under the background of new media,found that with the development of Internet technology and the wide application of new media,college students have a strong dependence on the use of new media and the purpose tends to entertain.Through research,under the background of new media,the overallred cultural identity of college students is good,but there are still some problems.After a comprehensive analysis,there are many problems in the red cultural identity of college students under the new media background,mainly manifested as:diluting the correct recognition of the red culture of college students,weakening the excellent style of hard work of college students and deepening the ideological tendency of college students’ historical nihilism,etc.Chapter four aims at the problems arising from the red cultural identity of college students in the context of new media,and proposes countermeasures from three aspects: online public opinion,universities,and red cultural industry.First of all,the government and network supervisors should actively grasp the "time,degree,effectiveness" principle guided by online public opinion,accelerate the integration and development of new media and traditional media,and seize the right to speak.Second,actively improve the construction of red culture in colleges and universities.While promoting the in-depth integration of red culture and ideological and political courses,we must also enrich red cultural activities and innovate the form of red culture propagation in colleges and universities.Finally,vigorously promote the development of the red cultural industry,and actively promote the innovation and development of the red tourism industry and red cultural works,so that college students can enhance their recognition of the red culture while enjoying education.
