The first grade of primary school is a very important transitional period between kindergarten education and primary education,which opens a new life of primary school.In class management,class management of primary school grade one is the foundation and key of class management in the whole primary school stage.Effective bridging work helps primary school teachers to adjust class management in time,to understand the physical and mental development of students,and to complete the transformation of students from infants to students as soon as possible.Starting with the current situation and problems of the management of the first grade class in primary school,this paper analyzes the causes of the management of the first grade class in primary school from the perspective of connecting the young and the young,and formulates and implements the countermeasures of the management of the first grade class in the perspective of connecting the young and the young.This article mainly through using the method of interview and observation,the average age in anning district X a grade six to seven years old students as the object of investigation,interview first grade nine teachers and parents 45,respectively from a first grade teacher in charge of basic situation,the understanding of the little join situation and situation of class management,the characteristics of students,parents,education idea,the school management to a first grade class management present situation and existing problems of knowledge analysis.It is found that the problems existing in class management of first grade lie in the head teacher’s one-sided understanding of the nature of work and students’ physical and mental characteristics and the lack of management concept.First-year students are insecure and have limited autonomy.Then,the paper expounds the causes of the management of the first grade class from three aspects,including the students’ inadaptability to campus life,the head teacher’s inadequate response to class work,and the primary school’s lack of active connection.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the management of the first grade class in primary school from the perspective of connecting the young to the young.The head teacher should start from the characteristics of the first grade students to formulate corresponding class management measures,improve the concept of class management,the school should organize the connection training between the young and the young,do a good job in the two-wayinteraction and connection between the primary school and kindergarten,with the deputy head teacher to jointly manage,improve the teacher assessment mechanism.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems,combined with the interview content and observation cases,this study analyzes the causes from the two aspects of the students and the head teacher,tries to put forward Suggestions from the three aspects of the head teacher,class management and school,and makes a practical summary of the countermeasures of class management in the first grade from the perspective of connecting the young to the young.
