Professional development of “Double-qualified” teachers has an important effect on constructing teams of teachers in vocational school,enhancing in teaching and promoting students’ knowledge and skills.With the increasing emphasis on vocational education in our country,Vocational colleges have become main part for cultivating skilled-based labors including secondary vocational schools,especially,at the beginning of this year,the National Plan for the Reform and Implementation of Vocational Education was officially issued.Vocational education inevitably have new historical opportunities for development.However,the problems about attaching importance to theory and neglecting practice haven’t been solved in vocational education for a long time.In order to strengthen the role of practical education,the cultivation and professional development of “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools have attracted extensive attention.Although the state has attached great importance to the training and certification of a number of “double-qualified”teachers in various secondary vocational schools in recent years,the path,the development model and the supportive facilities of professional development still face many difficulties.On the basis of the connotation of “double-qualified” teachers and professional development,though questionnaire survey,interview method,literature research method,case study and taking “double-qualified” teachers an example,this thesis deeply analyzes the difficulties which are the professional development of“double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational school.The main problems are that the ability of professional development is weak,the professional knowledge and ability is low,the approach to professional development is single,job burnout has existed,the salary is not high,and incentive security mechanism is not complete and so on.That is because,“double-qualified” teachers are influenced by themselves,school,society and company.Aiming at the main reason about the problems,this thesis takes actions to explore the most effective way to promote professional development of “double-qualified” teachers by improving their professional theory,knowledge,skill,emotion and self.It includes in establishing of right professional values,promoting the education and teaching level;motivating teachers’ professional development,taping the inner potential development;optimizing the training model,establishing the lifelong learning method;building the cultural atmosphere and promoting the status of “double-qualified” teachers;setting up the benefit community of school and company,exploring the innovative ideas of “double-qualified”teachers;completing incentive security the mechanism,promoting the connotative development of secondary vocational school.
