Since the reform and opening to the outside world,with the continuous reform of our country,the formation of the large pattern of open society and the continuous development of the educational system,the vocational education has made great progress in our country.All kinds of vocational schools have trained a batch of outstanding social needs for the economic construction of our country,and in alleviating employment.Pressure has made great contributions to improving the quality of workers,promoting the sound development of vocational education and promoting economic development.At the same time,we should also see some problems in the development of vocational education,such as the lack of social attractiveness in vocational education,inadequate investment in education funds,inadequate number of part-time teachers,low professional literacy of "Double Qualified" teachers,unbalanced development between regions and the importance of regional development to Vocational Education.Lack of knowledge,lack of relevant institutional mechanisms,school enterprise cooperation,integration of production and education,etc.The existence of these problems not only affects the sustainable and high quality development of vocational education,but also has seriously affected the development of China's social and economic development,and has become the "soft rib" and "short plate" of the social and economic development of our country.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and urgent social needs to actively solve the problems in the development of vocational education and vigorously promote the development of vocational education.The development of vocational education,teachers are the key,and the "Double Qualified" teacher is an important guarantee for the professional,professional and practical development of vocational education,but also the important basis for vocational education to be different from the common way of education.At present,the construction of teaching staff in secondary vocational education in China has initially formed a scale,but the professional development of "Double Qualified" teachers is not optimistic.This paper mainly studies the professional development of "double qualification" teachers in secondary vocational schools in western counties.The main purpose of this study is to promote the professional development of"Double Qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools in western counties,to improve the quality of secondary vocational schools in western counties and to promote the improvement of the quality of secondary vocational schools in the western counties.This article mainly focuses on the following six parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the basic issues of the research,including the source,the significance of the study(theoretical and practical),the research on the "Double Qualified" teachers at home and abroad,the definition and research of the related core concepts.Ideas and methods,as well as the innovation of this study.The second part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the "Double Qualified" teachers' professional development and investigates the status of "Double Qualified" teachers' professional development in a secondary vocational school in a county of Gansu province by questionnaire survey and interview and analyzes the "double teacher type" in the county secondary vocational school through the statistics and arrangement of the survey data."The real state of teachers' professional development.The third part,on the basis of analyzing the actual situation of the professional development of the "Double Qualified"teachers in a secondary vocational school in Gansu Province,deeply analyzes the fundamental problems of the professional development of the "Double Qualified"teachers.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of "Double Qualified" teachers'professional development in secondary vocational schools in a county of Gansu province.It mainly analyzes the causes of problems from the aspects of teachers themselves,secondary vocational schools,external social influences,and relevant state policies.The fifth part is to build a "Double Qualified" teacher professional development support mechanism for secondary vocational schools in western counties.Mainly from the personal level of "double teacher type"(including strengthening the autonomy of teachers' professional development,helping teachers fully understand themselves,rethinking in time,making development plans,etc.)and the support of the external environment(including secondary vocational schools,enterprises and relevant government departments)two aspects.
