The development level of professional skills of Double-qualified teachers in the secondary vocational schools is a very significant factor that affects the development of secondary vocational education.To guide and promote the development of professional skills for Double-qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools,the state in China promulgated a series of policies for the development of vocational education for Double-qualified teachers.Firstly,this article clarified the concept of Double-qualified teachers and the contents of professional skills.And then,it studied the current status of professional skills of Double-qualified teachers which taken the Chuzhou technican college in Anhui Province as examples.Through interviews in this school,the author found that there are certain problems in the aspects of teacher curriculum design,teacher teaching level,reflection on teacher teaching,and the communication between teachers and students.So the author searched a large number of documents,and designed a training program for the professional skills of Double-qualified teachers in Chuzhou technician college,Anhui Province,focusing on these issues.Based on the above ideas,this article 1 is divided into the following five parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly explains the background,the related literature,the significance,and the methods of the research.The second part is mainly about the definition of the relevant concepts of this article.The third part is to clarify the composition of professional skills of the Double-qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is about the current status of professional skills of Double-qualified teachers in the secondary vocational schools in Chuzhou technician college,Anhui Province.The last part is to design the training plan for the problems existing in the professional skills of the Double-qualified teachers.Through researching the current situation and designing the training plans,the author hope that this article can help the development of vocational education in Chuzhou technician college,Anhui Province.
