In recent years,our country has advocated to vigorously develop Vocational Education.Since the implementation of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,all localities have responded positively to the strategic plan put forward by the Party Central Committee and the State Council for Vocational Education.China’s vocational education system has been constantly developing and improving,the scale of running schools has been expanding,the strength of running schools has steadily improved,and a large number of skilled talents have been trained.Throughout the current times and environment,professions,markets and societies no longer need the "command executors" with high scores and obedience,nor just "machines" with technical skills.The all-round development of professional people requires not only the promotion of comprehensive quality,but also excellent professional knowledge,superb professional skills,but also,more importantly,sound ethics,moral habits and spiritual personality.Etiquette is the code of conduct and guideline of social intercourse,and is the outward expression of personal inner cultivation.Good etiquette education contributes to the formation of behavioral habits,the display of spiritual outlook,the improvement of personality quality and the promotion of comprehensive quality.Etiquette education is an important way to achieve high vocational whole person education.The Yi said:"The form is called the way,and the form is called the instrument." Senior vocational etiquette education should not be limited to technical skills education,but should be supported by professional ethics as the cultural connotation and meta-theory,and in the education process To fully care for the advancement of the ideological and humanistic qualities of professionals,to nurture correct workplace ethics and professional values in students,to help Students will clarify the professional behavioral norms and improve their ability to coordinate professional interpersonal relations.At the same time,this research will provide theoretical and practical evidence for the future etiquette education in higher vocational colleges.The main research methods are survey research,literature research,and observation.A review of the existing literature reveals that scholars are rich in research on professional ethics and etiquette,but the research is limited to medical,Typical disciplines,such as law,are less involved in the study of the ethical content of the profession of etiquette education;the study was conducted through questionnaires and thematic interviews.Identifying the current problems of higher vocational etiquette education;taking the campus of a higher vocational college as the main observation area and relying on the etiquette teaching classroom.Fully observe the current situation of etiquette and professional ethical accomplishment of students in higher vocational colleges,analyze and summarize the basic situation of etiquette education in higher vocational colleges.and main issues.This study is mainly based on the idea of "discovering problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems".Through investigation and research,we find out the existing problems of higher vocational etiquette education,and analyze the root cause of the problems is the lack of professional ethics in etiquette education.The support and the implementation approach of higher vocational etiquette education based on professional ethics are proposed.The main conclusions of this study are:first,the current etiquette education in higher vocational colleges has "shallow understanding;only focus on skills.Formalism;utilitarian as a starting point" and many other problems.Secondly,it is urgent to find a way to reform senior vocational etiquette education,and professional ethics should be the connotation and foundation of senior vocational etiquette education.Professional ethics is the application of the basic social norms of interpersonal relations in the professional field.Etiquette education based on professional ethics is more in line with the goal of vocational colleges and universities,and can meet the needs of cultivating "quasi-professionals" to the fullest extent.The logical origin behind the etiquette education of higher vocational education is the professional ethics with "excellent identity","respect" and "sincerity" as the spiritual core.Therefore,in addition to learning the etiquette skills,the etiquette education of vocational colleges and universities should also focus on the characteristics of "quasi-professionals",and aim at cultivating "quasi-professionals".Guided by professional ethics,we should fully explore the profound connotation behind the etiquette form.Thirdly,senior vocational etiquette education should pay attention to the connotation,improve teaching level,pay attention to inner emotion and quality,improve professional respect and professional ethics.Belief;improve the pertinence and practicality of etiquette education".Emphasis is placed on the interaction between classroom and extracurricular,in-school and out-of-school,individual and group,involving students in industry practices,skills competitions,cultural Activities to create a good cultural environment for high-vocational etiquette education.Through the reform and innovation of etiquette education teaching in senior vocational colleges and universities,we will explore the starting point and destination of etiquette teaching under the background of professional ethics,and improve the senior vocational Students’ competitiveness in the workplace.Using professional ethics as an orientation to study etiquette education would be a completely new direction.In the future,the content and criteria of the proposed evaluation system should be constantly adjusted and verified.And we should continue to explore the model of higher vocational etiquette education that can be easily applied and promoted.
