| With the further expansion of China’s e-commerce market,more and more people are driven to engage in e-commerce related work,such as online marketing to assist e-commerce enterprises to explore the market,while relevant surveys show that the shortage of online marketing talents and poor quality are increasingly prominent.The e-commerce specialty of secondary vocational school is responsible for training the e-commerce skilled talents to meet the needs of social development.As the core course of e-commerce students,the standard of students’ learning input in the course of E-marketing is an important factor affecting the quality of training network marketing talents.Therefore,it is very important to study the current situation and influencing factors of students’ learning input in the course of network marketing.Based on this,this study collates the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on learning input,draws lessons from and revises the questionnaire suitable for this study,and surveys 636 secondary vocational school students majoring in 2018 e-commerce in Weifang City,Shandong Province.Descriptive analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis were conducted on the questionnaire data.Through data analysis and interview data processing,it is found that: first,the learning input level of secondary vocational school students majoring in e-commerce in the course of network marketing is generally low,while the emotional input level is relatively high;second,the cognitive input,emotional input and behavioral input of secondary vocational school students in the course of network marketing show significant correlation;third,electricity The study input level of E-marketing of secondary vocational school students in sub business major is affected by academic burnout,professional commitment,family environment,school environment and other factors.According to this,in order to improve the learning input level of secondary vocational school students in the course of network marketing,the following suggestions are put forward: for secondary vocational school students majoring in e-commerce,they should improve their endogenous motivation,make clear their learning objectives and make a good learning plan;strengthen self-management and cultivate their interest in the course of network marketing.For the teachers of network marketing course in secondary vocational school,we should pay attention to improve the network marketing skills and professional quality of secondary vocational students,and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.For secondary vocational schools,we should optimize the curriculum,ensure the professionalism and applicability of the course,and provide a supportive learning environment for online marketing. |
