Study On Adult Education Satisfaction Of Young Migrant Workers In Dongguan City

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of urbanization,industrialization and integration of urban and rural areas in Dongguan,a large number of young migrant workers have been attracted to Dongguan.Farmers are the main body of the countryside,the main body of socialist modernization,especially the new generation of migrant workers,has become an indispensable force in socialist construction.Because the farmers are affected by the environment and economy of the long-term life,the education level is low,the overall quality needs to be improved and so on.Therefore,to understand the young migrant workers adult education satisfaction,and for their satisfaction is not high on the aspects of targeted practical advice and suggestions,is conducive to the overall level of young migrant workers.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is an introduction,which briefly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the study,according to the research content of this paper.The second part is an overview of the relevant concepts,including the meaning of young migrant workers,adult education,education satisfaction with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory for this paper to lay a solid theoretical foundation.The third part is the analysis of the background of the adult education of young migrant workers in Dongguan City,the fourth part is the survey of adult education satisfaction of Dongguan youth migrant workers.The fifth part is the reason why the young migrant workers’ satisfaction is not high.The sixth part is the combination of the domestic and foreign advanced experience,put forward to improve the Dongguan adult education satisfaction opinions and suggestions,in order to improve the overall level of young migrant workers,meet the employment needs of enterprises,improve the existing living conditions,accelerating socialist modernization construction pace.This paper takes Dongguan city youth migrant workers satisfaction of adult education as the research object,through the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics on the Dongguan city youth migrant workers migrant workers,young adult education satisfaction from educational institutions and government three aspects of factors analysis,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the satisfaction of the students of adult education the improvement of the overall quality of young migrant workers,accelerate the development of the socialist modernization.
