| The development of higher education is advancing rapidly from elitism to popularization,and the expansion of quantity will inevitably bring about the problem of backward quality.In order to build China into a powerful country in higher education,China put forward the "double first-class" construction plan in 2015.As the main force of higher education,local colleges and universities should also seize the opportunity to strengthen the research and management on the factors of training quality,improve the quality of postgraduate training,and reach the "double first-class" construction standard.Based on the local colleges and universities graduate training quality as its research object,based on the training of process definition to determine the quality of scientific research conditions,school management,the curriculum,autonomous learning,teacher guidance as a graduate student in five dimensions,factors influencing the quality of training,and on the basis of questionnaire design,sampling survey for local colleges and universities graduate student;Factor analysis and regression analysis were used for statistical analysis,and the regression equations of influencing factors were obtained.On this basis,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the quality of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities.This paper draws the following conclusions through research:Construction of "double top" is our country’s higher education reform and development,and is the realization of higher education in our country from the country to the historic leap of higher education powers,therefore proposed to "double top" construction of graduate student training khalid ents,cultivate and practice the socialist core values,deepening the reform of teaching system and teaching content,training top creative talents,promote the international cooperation and exchange,promote the international competitiveness;The postgraduate education in local colleges and universities should seize the opportunity and pay attention tothe training process to improve the quality of training.The factors that influence the quality of postgraduate training in local colleges and universities are composed of five dimensions: curriculum teaching,scientific research conditions,autonomous learning frequency,school management,and tutor guidance.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is concluded that: curriculum teaching,scientific research conditions,autonomous learning frequency and school management have a positive effect on the development of students’ comprehensive quality,and reach a significant level;The regression equation obtained through regression analysis is: the development of the comprehensive quality of local universities and colleges graduate students =0.253× scientific research conditions +0.210× school management +0.159× course setting +0.143× autonomous learning frequency +0.140× tutor guidance.Based on the regression equation obtained from the data analysis,with the new requirements for the development of postgraduate education in local colleges and universities under the background of "double first-class" construction as the target,five promotion strategies are proposed in a targeted way: first,to improve the scientific research conditions of schools,increase the investment in education funds,and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation;Second,improve the school management mechanism,standardize the school system construction,strictly control the quality of dissertation;The third is to optimize the teaching mode,the training mode and the curriculum system.Fourth,to improve students’ learning input,increase students’ enthusiasm and time input;Fifth,we should build a positive and healthy teacher-student relationship,strengthen the construction of the tutor team,define the responsibilities of the tutor and improve the professional quality of the tutor. |
