Research On The Cultivation Of Graduate Students Under The Background Of "Double First Class" Construction

Postgraduate education is at the top of national education and is the main way for the country to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.In the context of the new era,the birth and development of the "double first-class" construction has brought unprecedented development opportunities to my country's postgraduate education,and has put forward higher and newer requirements for high-level innovative talents from multiple perspectives.In the high-level talent training system of colleges and universities,organization and education are of great significance.It is not only an important way of ideological and political education in colleges,but also a concrete manifestation of the concept of "three total education" in the cultivation of talents in colleges.The organization of graduate students is led by the party organization,and the fundamental task of implementing the virtue of establishing people is to integrate ideological and political education and university education into the various organizations of graduate students at all levels,and play the educational function of various organizations at all levels.Postgraduates carry out education activities based on Marxism as the basic guiding ideology and guided by the goal of "double first-class" construction.This article focuses on "what is the connotation of postgraduate organization education and how to implement postgraduate organization education that meets the needs of " double first-class " construction in colleges and universities",following the research ideas from theory to practice,from macro to micro,using literature analysis methods,Research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview.First,the relationship between the construction of "double first-class" and the education of graduate students is discussed,and the two can complement each other in development.Second,it discusses the theoretical basis of postgraduate organization education,and explains the related concepts of postgraduate organization education,and clarifies the connotation,characteristics and functions of postgraduate organization education in the context of "double first-class" construction.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the situation of postgraduate organization education in Chongqing University,Southwest University and Chongqing Medical University,and the problems and causes of postgraduate organization education were analyzed,and the characteristics of "fragmentation" in postgraduate organization education were summarized.Obviously,the insufficient leading role of party organizations and the difficulty of highlighting the effectiveness of organizational education are mainly due to the incomplete education system of graduate students,poor internal operation,and lack of innovation.Finally,it discusses the guiding ideology and principles of postgraduate organization education under the background of "double first-class" construction,and then proposes to clarify the core leadership position of the party organization,play the role of the league,enhance the influence of academic organization education,and strengthen the ethics of mentors Provide specific paths for cultivating people and innovating the work platform,content,and methods of graduate education,improve the dilemma in the implementation process,promote the effective function of graduate education,and cultivate excellence for the construction of "double first-class" First-rate talents.
