| With the continuous expansion of graduate education,the quality of graduate education has been paid more and more attention.The State Council,October 24,2015,Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines,in accordance with the strategic layout of the Four Overall and the decisionmaking and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,we should adhere to the principle of taking Chinese characteristics and world-class as the core,building up morality and people as the basis,supporting innovation-driven development strategy and serving economic and social development as the orientation,and adhering to the principle of first-class as the goal,discipline-based.We will speed up the establishment of a number of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.Under the background of double first-class construction,graduate education highlights the characteristics of innovation-driven and all-round development,and the quality assurance of graduate education needs to innovate the educational management mode,so as to realize the goal of multi-subject co-governance and win-win.But as a result of postgraduate education quality assurance system engineering is a complex,dynamic,long-term traditional graduate education makes the main body in the process did not reach a state of balance,the allocation of resources,development situation and the influence of various factors such as their own interests,postgraduate education quality assurance of each main body exists non-cooperative game.This article from the perspective of funding for the construction of "double top" new requirements of postgraduate education quality assurance body,on the basis of using game theory to study the postgraduate education quality assurance game between the main body behavior and analyzes the factors influencing the strategy choice of different subjects,based on the results of the analysis to explore the method of solving the optimal solution of the mixed strategy and applied to the graduate education quality assurance the main body of solving the optimal strategy,validity verification method at the same time to find the effective countermeasures of improving the quality of graduate education.Firstly,the government,universities and social organizations are all included in the game model to systematically study the interaction mechanism among the three parties.Through the dynamic analysis of evolutionary game theory,this paper explores the decision-making behavior of the investment in postgraduate education quality assurance,analyzes the equilibrium condition and stability strategy,and obtains the influencing factors and selection trends of the government,universities and society in the strategy selection.Secondly,based on the score function and the exact function,the basic theory of interval intuition trapezoidal fuzzy(IITFN)is proposed,then the fuzzy matrix game model of IITFN is constructed,and the optimal solution of mixed strategy for interval intuition trapezoidal fuzzy(iitfn-fmg)matrix game is obtained.Then,through the postgraduate education quality assurance in colleges and universities and social main body in the government the two clear support postgraduate education quality assurance under the premise of the strategy choice of case application,to prove to interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number said payment function to obtain the optimal strategy more in line with the actual players choose the fuzzy characteristics of and got the postgraduate education quality assurance "subject in colleges and universities-society" strategy choice of fuzzy probability.Finally,based on the calculation of the evolution game and the optimal solution of the mixed strategy of the three main bodies of postgraduate education quality assurance,the countermeasures for the quality assurance of postgraduate education under the background of the double-first-class construction are given. |
