| At present,the state has successively issued a series of policies to develop vocational education.Vocational education is the main way and method for cultivating technical talents in China,and it is also the way to import talents for the national manufacturing industry.With the development of vocational education,the requirements for vocational education,including vocational education,have increased.In order to meet the trend of the society and meet the needs of the society for talents,more and more vocational schools have joined the teaching reform."Integration of reason and practice" is a teaching method commonly used in vocational education to carry out teaching reforms.Textbooks are also an important factor related to the smooth progress of teaching reforms.Appropriate teaching materials can achieve twice the result with half the effort.The main idea of this study is to take vocational students as the research object,combined with questionnaire method,interview method,experimental method and other research methods,to investigate and study the teaching materials of "Mechanical CAD / CAM" for vocational students,and found that the existing curriculum materials exist the content is tedious,the students’ interest in learning is low,and the usage rate is not high,which cannot meet the needs of students.Therefore,how to adapt to the teaching reform and development background,design textbooks that are different from the traditional "mechanical CAD / CAM" textbook chapter layout order,but compile according to the concept of integration of rationality and solidity by dividing different modules,selecting models of interest to students Textbooks,that making students learn different types of models through textbooks to master the knowledge of this course is an urgent problem to be solved.The research content of this study is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,the literature review of this study,as well as the research methods,ideas and implementation of the outline.The second chapter is a theoretical overview of the development of teaching materials,including the concepts and standards of teaching materials,the definition of concepts such as secondary vocational schools,integration of theory and practice,and teaching materials,as well as the basis,principles,and significance of the development of teaching materials,the purpose of this research course design is summarized.The third chapter mainly investigates this research,including how to make the investigation material(questionnaire and interview outline),how to carry out the investigation,which stages are divided,then the survey results are analyzed and the situation of individual colleges and universities in secondary vocational schools is investigated,and the materials are summarized.The four chapters are the main part.First,the necessity of developing this course is analyzed.Then,the orientation and goal of the teaching materials are defined,then,it designs the textbook(software selection,content frame,module division,Teaching Arrangement,Textbook Development and implementation conditions,teaching method)and finally compiles the textbook content,catalogue,Case Model and module summary.The fifth chapter is the summary of the case of textbook compilation,including setting curriculum implementation goal,carrying out teaching practice and teaching practice effect analysis.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook of the paper,summing up the advantages and disadvantages of the paper,looking forward to the future development.The innovation of this research lies in the arrangement of the learning contents of the teaching materials according to the modular classification,and the division of the learning contents into such forms as the axle class and the plate class in the mechanical parts,which is beneficial to the students’ systematic and systematic learning,and is advantageous to the different kind of model knowledge grasping.The final result of this research is to design the case of teaching material according to the integration of theory and practice,and apply it to the students.The result shows that the case of teaching material satisfies the needs of students’ study to a certain extent,it can be used as a reference for the course of Mechanical CAD / CAM in secondary vocational schools to arouse students’ study,enthusiasm and initiative,meet the needs of students and teachers,and assist teachers in teaching. |
