| The emergence and development of higher special education is the inevitable law of social progress and the development of disabled education.Mr.Pan Maoyuan said that the essence of education is development.As far as the connotation development of higher special education is concerned,the core is the independent development of disabled college students and the development of higher normal special education.From the initial isolation education to the popularization of integrated education concept,integrated education has become the clear direction and future development trend of international higher special education.Let more disabled youth have the opportunity to receive higher education together with healthy peers.Through the exercise of the right to education to improve knowledge reserves,improve their own quality,improve their ability to integrate into society,will form a positive energy for their social status.This research uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,using questionnaire method,interview method and case study method.Taking the School of Special Education of B University,School of Technology for the Deaf of T University and School of Special Education of C University as case schools,College students with hearing disabilities and visual disabilities handed out questionnaires,descriptively collected 356 valid questionnaires collected,and selected 8 college students with disabilities,3 teachers,4 teaching managers and other graduates with disabilities In-depth interviews with relevant professionals,analysis of the status quo in the three dimensions of country,college and family,it is recognized that the development of higher special education in the context of integrated education does encounter many challenges: for example,the lack of national policies and funding support,the widespread phenomenon of social "tagging",the backward barrier free environment,the limited categories of enrollment,the separation of general and special education,and training There are many problems,such as old model,weak teachers,low professional level,insufficient employment support and narrow employment scope.Based on the above research results and problems in practice,the following suggestions are put forward: improve laws and regulations,increase capital investment;create an accessible environment,eliminate social exclusion;coordinate single recruitment,expand the categories of disability;promote the integration of disability and health,innovate the mode of running a school;promote the development of normal special education;strengthen employment support,expand employment channels;promote home school cooperation,improve personal ability. |
