Research On The Construction Of " Young Marx Marxist Project " In Capital Universities In The New Era

The cultivation of young Marxists is an important task for the steady development of the Party and the country and an important guarantee for the development of the revolutionary cause.Launched on May 15,2007,the communist youth league central "youth marxists cultivation project"(hereinafter referred to as "Qingma project"),in October 2007,promulgated by the central communist youth league "youth marxists training project implementation summary"(hereinafter referred to as the "guidelines"),the promulgation of the "outline" for "green horse project" and provides policy support.This paper is devoted to the research on the construction of "Qingma Project" in the capital universities in the new era,which is of great practical significance for strengthening the ideological and political education in universities,for the growth of young people and for the cultivation and cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era with the mission of strengthening China.This article from the new era of capital,current situation of the construction of "Qingma project"," Qingma project" of colleges and universities in capital construction problems,on the basis of surrounding cultivation object,content,safeguard mechanism from three aspects,combining new age requirements and spirit of Beijing,as the capital of the new era university " Qingma project" construction countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.It is mainly divided into five parts:First,the introduction.From the background of topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,and the interpretation of relevant documents,the current research results are analyzed.Secondly,the construction of "QINGMA project" in capital universities is summarized from the aspects of meaning,historical basis,theoretical basis and realistic basis.Third,the current situation analysis part,uses the questionnaire survey method,the individual interview method,the data analysis method and so on research method to carry on the investigation to the Capital University student and in-service teacher,summarizes the construction achievement,the problems existing in the construction of "Qingma Project" in capital colleges anduniversities are summarized and analyzed,that is,the training group is relatively single,the training content is not perfect,the training form is not abundant,and the training mechanism is not perfect.This paper analyzes the root of the problem from the aspects of school and students.Fourth,the countermeasure part,from the aspects of the training principle,the basic quality,the training object,the training content,the safeguard mechanism and so on,put forward the countermeasure proposal to the construction of the "Qingma project" in the capital universities of the new era,the training principle should adhere to the combination of theoretical education and social practice,the combination of organizational training and self-education,the combination of first good consciousness and general requirements,and the specific measures to improve the construction of the "Qingma project" in the capital universities in the new era,it includes expanding the training object,optimizing the training content,perfecting the guarantee mechanism and so on.Fifth,the conclusion part,carries on the summary to this article research result.
