Research On The Innovation Path Of "Qingma Project" In The Universities In The Minority Areas

Young Marxists are the source of strength for the development and expansion of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Communist Party of China(CPC)have always attached great importance to the cultivation of young Marxists.Historically,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been established by a group of young people who advocate freedom and pursuit of truth,and have cultivated a generation of generations of Marxists in the wave of long-term revolution,construction and reformation.In reality,the Youth Marxist Training Project(short as the "Qing Ma Project"),launched by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 2007,is the core project for systematically cultivating young Marxists.At present,the Party Central Committee with the core of General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the ideological education and the Marxist theory study of young students,while Chinese universities are carrying the tasks of ideological education and Marxist theory study of young students and the construction of Socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.Advancing the innovation of the implementation path of the "Qing Ma Project" in universities especially the national universities,is the inevitable choice to complete these important tasks successfully.Therefore,Exploring and summarizing the innovation path of the "Qing Ma project"in Yanbian University,is the necessary measure to firmly grasp the dominance of young students' ideology and maintain national unity and social stability.This paper notes the example of Yanbian University and takes the methods of literature search and questionnaire survey and so on,along with some efforts and deficiencies concluded for "Qing Ma project" in nationwide universities to synthetically investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of the "Qing Ma project" in Yanbian University.The paper's theoretical basis are the "Long-term Youth Development Program(2016-2025)" issued by the Party's Central Committee and the State Council and the "Program of the Training of Student Cadre in National Universities(2006-2010)" the "Implementation Program of Youth Marxist Training Project",the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Cadre Training of University Students" and the "Teaching and Managing Syllabus for the training of Chinese University backbones" issued by The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the National Association of Students.And the realistic basis are the statistical data sources of the questionnaire survey for the current situation and problems of the "Qing Ma project" and interview result for individual person in charge of Yanbian University.In the meanwhile,the paper tries to scheme the most manipulable,the most original and the most scientific path of comprehensively innovating in the developing and executing of the "Qing Ma project" in Yanbian University so as to provide a useful guide to other universities based on the particularity of autonomous areas of the frontier ethnic minority and the special advantage of Yanbian University acts as an university in the minority areas.
