Research On The Risk Assessment In Pre-Construction Stage Of University Construction Projects

Large-scale construction projects in colleges and universities need occupy much funds,long period etc, so the high complexity and development risks are dynamic changing. This paper will introduce the concept of risk management into the construction projects in colleges and universities, especially the early stages of construction projects. To establish a scientific,effective risk management system on the pre-construction stage of the University Construction Projects,the precondition is to set up a scientific,effective and systematic risk identification and evaluation management system in the early stage of University Construction Projects. All risks of University Construction Project must be identified and analyzed timely and accurately before project operation, then proper risks classification and countermeasures can be adopted according to features of every risk in order to successfully finish the University Construction Project.In this paper, through practical case study methodology and analysis of construction project management in university practical problems, the impact of these problems and these problems were described based on risk management theory. They are: natural risk, economic risk, management risk, technology risk. With the characteristic of University Construction Projects,this paper summarized a risk evaluation model on the basis of the risk evaluation index system. And on the basis of theory,the paper validated the scientific and effective of the method by the project of XX University for example. Then the risk factors of university construction projects were analyzed including of four ideas of polices,investment finance &management. Finally based on the related results of the risk identification, the measures to prevent the risk of the early stage of the construction projects in colleges and universities.This thesis research can provide reference for the early stage of the construction project riskassessment in colleges and universities, has certain theory significance and practical application value.
