| With the development of social economy and the construction of an innovation-oriented country,the cultivation of innovation-oriented scientific research talents has become a top priority.Universities provide a high-quality educational environment for talent cultivation,and the cultivation of innovative scientific research talents cannot be cannot do without the support of universities.Graduates are high-level scientific research and innovation talents,and universities play an important role in the cultivation of Graduates.The purpose of Graduate education in our country is to cultivate innovative scientific research talents with high skills and academic qualifications.However,in recent years,with the expansion of the enrollment of postgraduate students in China,the quality of Graduates has not improved with the increase of the number,and the cultivation of innovative scientific research talents has not been able to meet the development needs of The Times and society.Therefore,the promotion of the scientific research innovation ability of Graduates must be regarded as the top priority.The main task of finance and economics universities is to cultivate high-level talents in economics and management.The Graduates of finance and economics universities contribute to the solution of economic and social problems with their knowledge achievements.In this context,it is of practical significance to discuss the improvement of research innovation ability of Graduates majoring in finance and economics.This study uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey method,comparative research method and other methods to investigate the overall situation of research innovation ability of Graduates majoring in finance and economics,the current situation and influencing factors of the cultivation of research innovation ability from the perspective of academic ecology.Taking three universities of finance and economics as samples,this paper analyzes the data returned from the survey.It is found that the overall situation of the research innovation ability of the Graduates in finance and economics is average.The Graduates,the tutor,the subject,the school and the society have different influence on the research innovation ability of the Graduates in finance and economics.In order to further explore the ways to improve the scientific research and innovation ability,this study investigates the academic ecological characteristics of foreign universities and the ways to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of economic and management Graduates adopted by Germany,the United States and the Japan from the perspective of academic ecology,so as to provide enlightenment and reference for China.Finally,based on the theory of academic ecology,this study puts forward a "five-in-one" path to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of Graduates with the characteristics of finance and economics universities.First,from the perspective of academic subjects,Graduates should improve their enthusiasm and initiative and strengthen their knowledge accumulation.Second,from the perspective of tutor-centered micro academic ecological environment,it is necessary to improve the incentive and assessment system for tutor employment,improve the quality and responsibility of tutors,and establish a cooperative group of tutors.Third,the subject-centered small academic ecological environment needs to from two aspects: optimizing teaching content and reforming education and assessment methods.Fourthly,the middle academic ecological environment with the school as the center focuses on providing material guarantee,practical opportunities and creating an atmosphere for scientific research and innovation.Fifth,the macro-academic ecological environment with society as the center focuses on the establishment of academic norms and incentive mechanisms,and advocates academic autonomy.It can provide reference for finance and economics universities to enhance the scientific research innovation ability of Graduates. |
