Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Private Kindergarten Canteen

As an important part of national food safety,the food safety of student groups is not only related to the health of millions of children,but also affects the stability of social development.For kindergartens,because children are young,their physical resistance is poor,and they do not have the ability to distinguish things,once there are problems in food safety,it will affect their health and endanger their lives,so it is particularly important to ensure children's food safety and weave a solid food safety net for children.With the opening of the two-child policy,children's going to school has also become the focus of social attention.in order to alleviate the difficulty of entering public kindergartens,private kindergartens are springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Under this background,taking the private kindergarten canteen in District X of Taiyuan City as an example,this paper intends to comprehensively understand the current situation of food safety supervision of private kindergarten canteen in District X of Taiyuan City by means of on-the-spot inspection,consulting law enforcement documents,interviews and so on.this paper makes some preliminary research and discussion on the problems existing in the supervision,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of supervision from the perspectives of government supervision departments,kindergartens themselves and parents.Among them,there are some problems in the government regulatory departments,such as the standard of administrative law enforcement is not unified,the construction of law enforcement team is not perfect,there is no joint force of supervision among various departments,and the lack of management of education departments.there are some problems in kindergartens,such as inadequate implementation of subject responsibilities,obstacles in the promotion of "bright kitchen" project,and insufficient efforts in training,education and publicity.There are some problems in social groups,such as the lack of parents' participation in the supervision of food safety in kindergarten canteen and the lack of trade associations and other third-party organizations.The reasons for the problems are: first,the legislative law enforcement system is not perfect;second,there is a lack of perfect mechanisms,such as scientific personnel mechanism,long-term supervision mechanism,lack of linkage mechanism among administrative departments,etc.;third,the food safety education system is not perfect;fourth,social groups lack corresponding institutional norms for the supervision of campus food safety.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three dimensions on how to improve the supervision level of food safety in private kindergarten canteen.First,give full play to the leading role of government departments in food safety supervision: improve the food safety legislative system;strengthen the scientific construction of law enforcement team;coordinate the operation mechanism of government departments;education departments to strengthen management and assessment.Second,conscientiously implement the main responsibility of the kindergarten's own food safety supervision: implement the principal dining system of collective dining;continue to promote the construction of bright kitchen project;strengthen the publicity and education of food safety.Third,give full play to the social responsibility of children's parents and other groups: encourage parents to actively participate in food safety supervision;guide the establishment of campus food safety industry associations.In this way,through the way of government supervision,school ownership and parents' participation,we can finally achieve a new situation in which the government,schools,parents and other social groups participate in supervision,in order to further improve the food safety supervision level of private kindergarten canteens in the whole district.
