| China’s modern golf is becoming more popular and professional.It is expected that China’s golf events will make a breakthrough in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.However,the technical research of golf in China is not in-depth enough to match the ever-changing professional golf arena,and it is also unable to comprehensively and scientifically guide the rapid rise of outstanding Chinese professional players.This study is designed to further improve the swing technique of the outstanding female players in China,while enriching the teaching of China’s high-level coaches,providing Chinese players with better theoretical guidance on driver technique,and finding breakthroughs for more researchers or coaches to improve driver technique for players.It is proposed to conduct three-dimensional biomechanical research and analysis on the driver technique of top female golfers in China and the world,explore the gap in driver technique between China and the world’s top female golfers,and provide theoretical support for the scientific preparation of golf events for the Tokyo Olympics.It also provides technical assistance for China’s outstanding female players to achieve excellent results in the Tokyo Olympics.This paper collects the swing movements of the driver in major tournaments by six outstanding female players among the top ten in China and six among the top ten in the world.The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis of the twelve players’ driver swings by means of literature,field investigation,three-dimensional video shooting,video analysis and mathematical statistics.The difference in driver’s hitting effect: In terms of driver’s hitting distance,the driver’s landing point and final distance and rolling distance of outstanding female players in China are less than the world level;in terms of fairway rate,Chinese outstanding female players are relatively low in the world level;in terms of club head speed and ball speed,the fastest club head speed and ball speed have a highly significant positive correlation.The fastest club head speed and ball speed of Chinese outstanding women players are both lower than the world level.The ball speed is significantly different from the world level;in terms of hitting efficiency,the level of outstanding female players in China is closer to the world level;in terms of take-off angle,the fastest club head speed and ball speed are significantly negatively correlated with take-off angle.The take-off angle of outstanding female players is greater than the world level,showing a significant difference.The difference in swing tempo: The backswing tempo of China’s outstanding female players is faster than the world level,and the time spent on the downswing is shorter than the world level.The difference in club head speed: The average acceleration of the club head of the outstanding female players in China in the third stage of the downswing is lower than the world level,and the club head speed at the moment of hitting the ball is lower than the world level.The difference among knee,hip,and shoulder angles: at nine o’clock on the downswing,the left knee joint angle is significantly positively correlated with the fastest club head speed.Besides,the hip rotation angle and the ball speed are both significantly positively correlated,and there is a very significant positive correlation between the shoulder and hip relative rotation and landing point.The left knee angle,hip rotation angle,and shoulder-to-hip relative rotation angle of Chinese outstanding female players at this moment are all smaller than the world level.The difference in the movement of the center of gravity: the movement distance of the center of gravity X axis during the downswing is extremely significant and negatively correlated with the landing point.The distance of the center of gravity of the outstanding female players in China in the X axis movement during the downswing is close to the world level;There is a significant positive correlation between the movement distance of the center of gravity on the Y axis at nine o’clock and the landing point.The six Chinese players’ center of gravity movement on the Y axis at nine o’clock in the backswing is less than the world level;during the downswing,the distance of the center of gravity of the Chinese players on the Z axis is greater than the world level. |
