The employment situation directly affects social stability,is the basis of people’s livelihood,and is also an important guarantee for people’s livelihood.In the national "13th Five-Year Plan Proposal",the employment problem has been mentioned many times,especially the employment problem of college students,and strategic opinions have been put forward for employment.It is necessary to"promote entrepreneurship and give priority to employment".This also shows that the state and the government’s emphasis on the employment of the people can be seen.In the new development period of the country,the state has upgraded talents and employment to the national priority level.The priority of talents is employment,and employment must reflect high levels,especially the employment of college students.Under the guidance of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the number of university graduates in China is increasing year by year,and the number is huge.Among them,college students majoring in sports have become a special employment group.For high-level athletes in colleges and universities,their majors The level is relatively high,but the cultural class is in a disadvantaged position.Coupled with the imbalance between the current social needs and the supply ratio between college graduates,the employment problems of sports students are also compared with other professional graduates.A wide range of social concerns.Based on the above research background,this thesis takes the employment of Tianjin Aerobics High-level Athletes Club as the research object,and uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to carry out research.The following conclusions are drawn through research:The investigation of the employment units of high-level aerobics athletes found that the employment units were mainly based on others,followed by the schools.There were not many athletes employed in the clubs,accounting for only 15.8%,showing the employment of high-level aerobics athletes in the club.Not many,it has not become the main direction of athletes’ employment.High-level aerobics athletes have a higher willingness to work in the club,but the proportion of athletes who are generally,unwilling and unwilling is not low,and many high-level athletes are not willing to work in the club.A survey of the obstacles to the employment of high-level aerobics athletes clubs found that job stability and salary are the main obstacles to the employment of athletes’clubs.In addition,athletes also indicated that the working environment and social status have also become obstacles to their employment..The problems in the employment of Tianjin high-level aerobics athletes club mainly focus on:the aerobics club has a large gap for high-level aerobics athletes;the club is not the main employment unit of high-level aerobics athletes;High;job stability and salary are the main obstacles to the employment of athletes’ clubs.
