The behavior of middle school students is a common phenomenon in school education today,which not only affects the smooth progress of school education and teaching activities,but also affects the development of students 'personality socialization and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.It is a thorny problem that makes the school family headache and social concern.Therefore,the study of the deviant behavior of middle school students is the demand of the times and the need of reality.The research will help to deepen the understanding of the deviant behavior of middle school students and provide theoretical and practical basis for further improving the quality of education and teaching.The research institute refers to the deviant behavior of middle school students refers to the activities and behaviors that violate the daily behavior norms of middle school students in different degrees in the process of education and teaching.On the whole,deviant behavior has the following outstanding characteristics: form diversity;Quantitative rise;The severity of the consequences;Solve difficulties.Most of the deviant behaviors have increased significantly in the second grade and are relatively concentrated,showing a special "second grade phenomenon".The study focused on two different types of junior high schools in Furong District of Changsha City,namely Furong Middle School,the principal of the urban school,and Furong Experimental Middle School,the principal of the urban-rural Association,as the key cases.They also interviewed and collected information on other junior high schools in the city.Through questionnaires,interviews,case analysis and other methods,The common types,prevalence,causes and educational strategies of deviant behavior of junior high school students were investigated.The research is guided by theory and tested by practice.It mainly uses questionnaire survey method,supplemented by literature research method and case study method.The results of the survey show that the phenomenon of deviant behavior of junior high school students is widespread,and they all show performance in terms of learning,discipline,interpersonal relations,and major deviant behavior.In particular,the second grade has a significant increase in many indicators compared with the first grade.This is what the industry calls "the second phenomenon." When discussing the cause of the deviant behavior of junior high school students,the investigation found that it mainly includes the physical and mental reasons,school reasons,family reasons,social and environmental reasons,etc..It is the result of the joint action of various factors.In the search for and explore the way to solve the deviant behavior of junior high school students,through questionnaires and visits,combined with the educational experience of first-line teachers,From the three aspects of strengthening and improving the education guidance of the school,creating a good family atmosphere to form home-school synergy,and organizing social cooperative education,we put forward positive countermeasures and suggestions: In terms of schools,we will change the concept of teacher education,strengthen class management,enhance the artistic quality of education,carry out lively and interesting health activities,build a democratic and upright class,improve teaching wit,strengthen teaching and law guidance,and strengthen school psychological counseling.Shaping students 'healthy psychology and sound personality;In terms of school cooperation at home,create an atmosphere of friendly cooperation,smooth the channels of home school communication,establish a mechanism for good linkage,grasp the timing of home school communication,and improve the effectiveness of family education;In the field of social cooperation education,comprehensive management of the campus surrounding environment,clever use of modern media,improve media literacy,provide a good social environment for students to grow.
