| The success of family education is not only related to the formation of children’s complete personality,but also directly affects the future of the country and nation.The problem of family education in our country is becoming more and more prominent,the guidance of family education is becoming more and more standardized,and the policies and regulations of family education guidance have been popularized throughout the country.Although China’s family education guidance work has made some achievements,it is still in its infancy.Family education guidance service is facing the situation of "demand exceeds supply" and "slow development".In practical work,there are still some problems,such as the policy implementation is not in place,the guidance effect is not stable and so on.First of all,this paper uses the method of quantitative analysis,through the investigation of the basic situation of the parents of Z primary school in Zhengzhou City,the status quo of the parents’ family education,the parents’ evaluation of the school’s family education guidance,and the parents’ demand for family education guidance,combined with the interview content,comprehensively and deeply analyzes the status quo of the family education guidance of Z primary school in Zhengzhou city.The results show that: parents’ education level,average monthly family income,and children’s grade are significantly related to parents’ needs for family education guidance;Parents’ education concept,parents’ education mode and parents’ education ability are the important influencing factors of school family education guidance effect.Secondly,the study found that in the process of carrying out family education guidance in Z primary school,both the school and parents have problems: the school lacks the system guarantee of family education guidance,lacks full-time professional family education guidance teachers,and the frequency and content of family education guidance provided by the school can not meet the needs of parents;Parents are lack of self-improvement consciousness,lack of scientific family education methods,and there are some problems in the students’ family,such as absence of father’s role in children’s education.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the family education guidance service of Z primary school from the three levels of government,school and parents.First,the government should provide effective guarantee for the guidance of school family education in terms of talents and finance;Second,schools should set up special family education guidance departments,and improve the content and form of family education guidance;Third,parents should take the initiative to enhance the ability of family education,using scientific education methods,while the father should actively participate in children’s education. |
