Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Family Education Guidance In Rural Primary Schools

Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic,the double reduction policy,the development of family education and other factors,the work of family education guidance has gradually drawn people’s attention.In view of the general backward status of rural education development,this paper carries out in-depth research and exploration to carry out family education guidance service in rural primary schools as the breakthrough point,hoping to promote the development of rural education.Based on the above reasons,this paper conducted an in-depth investigation on the education quality of several rural primary schools in Q Township,J City.Based on interviews with some educators and parents of students,this paper finds that parents of students and school education personnel lack cognition in family education guidance;Teachers are deficient in guiding enthusiasm and knowledge level ability;Parents of students lack of family education and guidance services and the scope of service is narrow;Schools lack services and staff;The content of guidance is one-sided and the form is single.Based on the survey results and literature research,the following countermeasures are put forward:first,perfect the service system,deepen the theoretical research and broaden the service channels;Secondly,the establishment of service institutions,improve the awareness of family education guidance of relevant personnel,and give play to the organizational advantages of village committees and women’s federations;Third,train service personnel,expand the scope of service objects,and enrich the content and forms of guidance.
