| The physical health of students is an important part of the national physical health,and it is also a concrete manifestation of a country’s comprehensive national strength.University is the final stage of school physical education.If students have not yet formed the consciousness of health first and fail to achieve the ideal physical fitness level during this period,it will not only bring great pressure and burden to the future life and work of the university students,but also it is bound to affect the overall health of the Chinese nation and the country’s future construction and development.The "National Student Physical Health Standard" test is an important part of school physical education work.It is an important means to implement the "health first" educational ideology,promote college students to actively participate in physical exercise,develop good exercise habits,and improve physical health.It is also an important basis for evaluating the comprehensive quality of students,evaluating school work and measuring the development of education in various regions,and is the basic requirement of the state for students’ physical health.Although the "National Student Physical Health Standard" is a rigid regulation of the Ministry of Education to monitor the physical health of students,it also requires strengthening its educational incentives,feedback adjustments,and guiding exercise functions.In the actual implementation process,schools often only focus on completing students’ physical fitness.The collection and reporting of data neglects basic functions such as monitoring,feedback,and incentives,which affects the implementation effect of physical fitness testing and makes it difficult to achieve the fundamental goal of physical fitness testing.This article takes the performance of physical fitness testing in some colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the research object,introduces the concept of education service into the physical fitness testing work,and understands relevant teachers,administrators and college students’ opinions on the physical fitness testing of colleges and universities through research methods such as questionnaire survey and logical analysis.Attention and satisfaction.With the help of importance-performance analysis methods,as well as visualization tools such as experience maps and service blueprints,comprehensively analyze the cognitive differences between students and teachers,find problems in the current physical fitness test work,and propose optimization paths based on this,focusing on the implementation of physical fitness The basic functions of test work education stimulation,feedback adjustment and guiding exercise provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the implementation effect of physical fitness test work in colleges and universities.The results show that: teachers and students tend to agree in the importance evaluation of physical fitness test,but there are some differences in satisfaction evaluation;the problems in the whole process of the physical fitness test are mainly reflected in the students’ lack of correct understanding of the purpose and significance of the physical fitness test,the lack of targeted exercises,the school has not strictly implemented the reward and punishment system,the test scores have certain errors,and the school’s physical fitness test services are not in place;the blueprint of college students’ physical fitness test service proposes an optimized plan for physical test work.The support process should be coordinated from six aspects: evaluation mechanism,decision-making mechanism,education mechanism,guidance mechanism,early warning mechanism and guarantee mechanism. |
