The FMS,all called Functional Movement Screen,translates into functional motion screening as a derivative of functional training and is now widely used in sports rehabilitation and physical training.The Functional Action Screening(FMS),as a scoring test,consists of seven actions that require both balance flexibility and stability,which are common motions in everyday life that intelligently place the subject in easily Trained and educated physical therapists,therapists,and rehabilitation practitioners can effectively test for physical flexibility and stability in areas or states where body asymmetry,imbalance,restriction,and weak link findings are found,and Injuries lead to body movement imbalances,muscle tension and weakness caused or generated by the body movements.Sanda's current test indicators include body shape indicators,physiological and biochemical indicators,sports quality indicators,in addition to the above three indicators,you can add the athlete's action pattern test to the Sanda project test items,in order to detect potential injury athletes Risk factors,improve the mode of action of athletes,improve the performance of athletes and enrich and perfect the evaluation system of Sanda project.This paper USES the literature material law,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,in Beijing is sanda team seven special athletes sanda sanda athletes and Beijing sports university students(secondary athletes above)as experimental object,these athletes are the function of FMS action screening test and physical test,the following conclusions:The average score of 18 sportswomen's sports scores was found to be 12.6 far below the 14 dividing line described by Gary Cook.The dexterity test of the shoulder was the worst in both the mean and standard deviation,and in the 7 actions of the FMS,the score was 0,which was up to 7.There are significant differences between the continuous left flagellation and the hurdler,the lunge,the deep squatting mode and the total score of 30 seconds.There was a significant difference between the right leg and the core stability.After SPSS.19 independent sample t-test analysis,it was found that non-athletes and athletes were significantly different in squatting(0.02),high turnover(0.015)and right leg flag-leg(0.016)in 30 seconds.There was no significant difference between the athlete grade and FMS screening score,but the strength related physical test indexes were significantly different.There is no significant difference in FMS screening performance between the athletes and the athletes below.Therefore,the athletes below will improve their relative strength,while both athletes and non-athletes need to improve their flexibility,functionality,symmetry and stability.
