Research On The Modernization Of Rural Education In Compulsory Education Stage

With the development of education modernization,people have launched the exploration and practice of education modernization,and education modernization has become the development direction of current education.However,the current compulsory education in rural areas,restricted by economic development,is lagging behind compared with the education in urban areas.Therefore,how to promote the development of education modernization in the compulsory education stage in rural areas is the key to the development of education modernization in the current period.At present,scholars’ research theories on the modernization of rural education in the compulsory education stage are not rich,and the overall pertinence of relevant research is not strong.In this context,the research and analysis of rural education modernization in H County of Henan Province during the compulsory education stage are carried out.In order to promote the modernization of rural education in the compulsory education stage,this paper mainly clarifies the significance of studying the compulsory education stage in H County of Henan Province,and comprehensively sorts out the research status at home and abroad through literature research method.With the theory of education modernization and the theory of all-round development as the theoretical support,this paper defines the core concepts of education modernization,rural education modernization and compulsory education,and lays the theoretical foundation part.Because of China’s vast,central,eastern and western regional difference is obvious,and expounds the selection of typical H county of henan province as the research object,but no matter how obvious differences between the development level of education modernization and education workers,of so the teaching level of rural education workers compulsory education stage,the education idea,etc.Affect the development of rural education modernization degree and direction,etc.therefore in the process of research,this article used the literature material method,questionnaire method and so on,from the background and purpose to analysis,in H county in henan province compulsory education as an example,the current situation of the development of rural education modernization with the method of simple random survey in H county in henan province primary and secondary schools teachers,H county in henan province are summarized the development of rural education modernization,including the shortage of the modernization of education lies in insufficient cognition to the modernization of education,investment and benefit imbalance,lack of the all-round development education training idea,teachers’ quality to promote the four aspects,and finally in H county in henan province put forward to optimize the development of rural education modernization strategy: To improve the cognition of rural campus on education modernization,balance the proportion of input and benefit,cultivate the concept of comprehensive development,improve the level of teachers in rural schools,and provide a certain reference basis for further promoting the modernization of rural education in H County of Henan Province at the stage of compulsory education.
