Basketball,as a sport with the goal of scoring shots,usually shows the characteristics of fast and changeable offensive and defensive transformation and high intensity of power confrontation.It is the most extensive and most fierce sports project in the world,and with the development of modern society,basketball is also making different degrees of optimization.Today's basketball game is changing towards physical competition,especially in terms of power confrontation and offensive and defensive speed.This has led to a higher demand for the strength of basketball players in sports competitions and to abundant physical strength.In order to ensure the flexibility and speed of the movement,in order to ensure that the athletes in the competition faster,jump further.Basketball itself is a sports competition that integrates tens of millions of changes.Therefore,athletes will face different sports scenes in the stadium.This is the test of the athletes 'comprehensive skills and psychological qualities.In sports,athletes must make accurate and effective judgments about different situations quickly,and quickly organize their technical skills into high standards of technical response.This reasonable and efficient response requires athletes themselves to have very good physical strength.And can cope with various unexpected situations with good psychological quality,that is,athletes need to have a good core strength foundation,ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of sports.In addition,basketball is a competitive sport that uses actual shooting scores as the final criterion.The effect of multiple joints and muscle groups in the athlete's body will highly affect their scoring ability.Therefore,when performing various technical actions,It is necessary to ensure the overall coordination and control of the body and the effective control of the core area of the body.Taking the men's team members of Southwest University of finance and economics as the research object,this paper designed and worked out a training plan for the different core strength of basketball athletes in colleges and universities.The experiment lasted for three months,and the experimental location was selected in the gymnasium of Southwest University of finance and economics.Three times a week,one hour of core force training is performed after each tactical training.During the training process,the experimental team needs to carry out differentiated core force corresponding training in the second stage.In the early stage of this process,the core force training plan under stable state can be used according to the actual situation of the athlete,and the core force training used in the later stage is mainly carried out in an unstable state.During the test,the experimental group and the control group were conducted in different halves of the same venue.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the recording data,the commissioner was required to make special records during the training process,and the corresponding experimental group's phased training should also be done.corresponding records.In order to ensure the efficiency of the test,the two groups of subjects must ensure that the training intensity is always on the same Benchmark,and can formulate appropriate training plans based on the actual training data,ensuring that the training difficulty factor is moderate.In order to ensure the maximum practical effect of core force training,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The training methods adopted by the experimental group and the control group all had different degrees of influence on the three shooting techniques.Among them,there was a significant difference between the dribble stopping shot,but there was no significant difference between the in-situ fixed-point shot and the oneminute timed fixed-point jump shot.difference.(2)The stability of the core regional forces fundamentally determines the actual shooting percentage of the game.High-quality core force training can effectively improve the core strength quality of college basketball players and the shooting percentage under unstable conditions.However,there is no significant improvement in the shooting percentage in the actual training under the stable state.(3)The core force can give full play to the effect of the "power chain" in the technical actions of basketball players and has a powerful core force.Can ensure that the athletes physical confrontation,running position,jumping,shooting and other technical actions to play more stable,coordinated and efficient.
