Forty years after the reform and opening up,China has experienced the fastest economic development and the most profound changes in history. The Yangtze River Delta has developed into one of the most dynamic, open and innovative regions in my country’s economic development. Its rapid development is closely related to the large-scale population movement. At present, the Yangtze River Delta region has become my country’s largest concentration of floating population, forming a continuous urban network pattern with Shanghai as the center and large, medium and small cities absorbing the inflowing population. The floating population has become an impact on the total population, distribution, and structure of the Yangtze River Delta region. The key factors of change and socio-economic development.my country is currently at an important beginning of the new journey of building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way.Only by solving the employment problem can we continue to stimulate new development momentum and release new economic vitality.Under this background, the employment status and existence of the inflowing population in the Yangtze River Delta The problem needs to arouse widespread concern from all walks of life. The research in this article mainly uses the "2017 National Floating Population Dynamics Monitoring Survey Data",and is based on Ravenstein’s migration law,"push-pull" theory,Lewis and Fei Lannis’ dual economic development model and other theoretical foundations.First of all After screening and sorting out the data,we describe the current status of the inflow population in the Yangtze River Delta from three aspects: demographic characteristics, socioeconomic characteristics, and mobility characteristics. It is found that it has the following characteristics: the main body of migrants is the young and middle-aged working-age population;gender is relatively balanced; The majority of household registration;education level is higher than the national level;first marriages account for the majority;inter-provincial migration is the main reason;"economic factors" are the main reason for inflow;the imbalance between regions is obvious, with the most inflows from the central region.Subsequently, this paper conducts a descriptive analysis of the employment status of the inflow population in the Yangtze River Delta region and finds that the employment rate of men is higher than that of women;mainly employees are employed; The working hours are 57.2 hours, which exceeds the average working hours of the migrant population across the country.According to different regions,Zhejiang has the most average weekly working hours and Shanghai has the least. The monthly income level is significantly higher than that of the country, and the income level of men is higher than that of women. On the basis of descriptive analysis, this article adopts binary, multivariate logistic regression analysis methods to analyze the employment status, employment status, employment industry, occupation type, employment working hours and wage income of the inflow population in the Yangtze River Delta region.Regression analysis, and the following conclusions are obtained: men are easier to find employment than women;the employment rate and age show an "inverted U-shaped" relationship;the higher the level of education, the easier it is to achieve employment;the possibility of long-distance mobility is higher; The non-agricultural population is more likely to become employers;the shorter the inflow time, the easier it is to choose employees for employment;men are more likely to be employed in the secondary industry;men are more likely to become professional technicians and production and transportation personnel, women It is easier to become a public official;the wage income of the influx of inter-provincial migrants is generally higher than that of the influx of inter-county in the city.Based on the above research and the actual situation in the Yangtze River Delta, this article proposes the following recommendations: first, provide active employment training policies and optimize employment services;second, continue to deepen the reform of the household registration system, and improve the inclusiveness of cities;third, promote the coordinated development of industrial talents,Expand employment space;fourth, improve the regional social security system, and enhance the sense of psychological belonging.
