| The successful bid to host the 2022 Winter Olympics provides unprecedented opportunities for the development of China ’ s ice and snow industry,and also provides a good environment for the development of ice hockey,especially for the improvement of China’s men’s ice hockey performance.In order to improve the performance of Chinese male ice hockey players,they need to have good technology and excellent physical fitness,among which excellent physical fitness is the premise of technical play.Therefore,it is of certain research value to study the physical training of Chinese male ice hockey players and explore the characteristics of their annual large cycle physical training.Therefore,The research on the characteristics of annual periodic physical exercise has important practical significance.At the same time,considering that the Chinese men’s ice hockey players have won the second place in the 2020 U20 World Championships,this study takes the annual physical training during the preparation for the U20 world championships as an example to explore the physical training characteristics of the male ice hockey players in the annual cycle,so as to provide data support and practical guidance for the athletes in the future planning annual physical training.On this basis,this research adopts the methods of literature review,expert interviews,text analysis and mathematical statistics to study the characteristics of the annual big cycle physical exercise of Chinese outstanding male ice hockey players.The characteristics are as follows:(1)in terms of physical training cycle,the basic physical support characteristics of dual cycle training mode are adopted.(2)In terms of the proportion of physical training,it shows that the proportion of physical training gradually decreases.(3)In terms of the overall physical training content,it shows the characteristics of strength quality training as the main and other quality training as the auxiliary.(4)In the four periods of physical training content,it shows different emphasis,including:(1)in the preparation period,the development of endurance quality is the main,strength quality is auxiliary;(2)in the training period,the development of strength quality is the main,speed quality is auxiliary;(3)in the competition period,the development of speed quality is the main,strength quality is auxiliary;(4)in the adjustment period,the main body natural recovery And actively recovering.(5)In terms of training methods,the strength speed endurance training method is mainly used,while the agility coordination flexibility training method is relatively deficient.(6)In the aspect of training load,it shows that the load intensity and load amount present the double peak characteristics of the fluctuation.According to the above characteristics,combined with the relevant training theory and experience at home and abroad,this study further puts forward the enlightenment for the future male ice hockey athletes in the annual large cycle,including:(1)refining the physical training cycle of China’s elite male ice hockey players;(2)constructing the physical training transfer content in line with the characteristics of project energy supply;(3)improving China’s excellent ice hockey The method system of athletes’ physical training;(4)strictly control the relationship between load intensity and load amount in physical training. |
