In the early 1990 s,China accelerated the reform of economic system,including the reform of state-owned enterprises.As an important material foundation and economic basis of socialism with Chinese characteristics,state-owned enterprises play an important role in the market economy.With the improvement of marketization after2013,the trend of state-owned enterprises reform is further intensified.The aim of the state is to make the state-owned enterprises better and stronger,so as to strengthen the innovation of the system and mechanism of the state-owned enterprises and eliminate and reform the old models,that's how to speed up the establishment of the modern enterprise system.However,the pressure that follows also further expands,as we can see the phenomenon that the state-owned enterprise staff stress management insufficient ability increased year by year.It has aroused the general concern of the society.Based on the previous researches on the ability of employee stress management,this paper adopts the perspective of enterprise social work to give practical help to the employees of state-owned enterprises in a professional way.At the same time,on the basis of group work,the author summarizes the experience and expands the scope of influence so as to probes into the specific practice of improving the stress management ability of SOE employees by enterprise social work..The author takes the employees of XX Branch of Masteel Group as the research object by selecting 10 representative employees.The paper studies how to improve the stress management ability of the state-owned employees by using the group work method.Try to use the theory and method of social work in the course of the research and help the research to find problems and solutions.Based on the group needs of the team members,we help the team members to understand and analyze the sources of stress and we also assist the team members to explore their own social support network through the activities of the stress Management Group,so as to improve team members' stress management skills such as pressure regulation and maintenance of moderate pressure.The paper draws the conclusion that the stress management team can improvethe ability of the state-owned enterprise employees' stress management through the field investigation and interview of the group needs of the research object and consultation on the relevant literature and the intervention experience of the research object.Finally,taking the self-awakening of employees as the main breakthrough point of countermeasures,this paper encourages employees to enhance their management ability starting from the angle of enterprise social work.Social groups are encouraged to provide a wide range of social support networks for SOE employees and SOEs are advised to introduce corporate social workers.
