| With the development of the society,more and more women enter the workplace and play an important role in the workplace.In state-owned enterprises,female employees also hold very important positions.However,due to the influence of traditional Chinese thoughts and the particularity of their physiology,the female development process is not so smooth.Job burnout this phenomenon,seriously affected the physical and mental health,bring negative psychological mood and low sense of accomplishment,if let the negative mood development spread,not only can make the female staff enthusiasm,will also make female employees body in a sub-health state,but also can affect the other employees around,for a long time,can cause the whole enterprise staff burnout,seriously affect the development of theThis paper with female perspective as the breakthrough point,the female employees J oilfield X oil production plant as the research object,based on the three dimensions theory of burnout,through the MBI-GS scale of J oilfield X oil production plant female employees burnout measurement,using the professional of social work perspective,based on the rational emotion ABC theory and social support theory design scheme.Through group work intervention,organize relevant group activities.For each group activity is summarized and reflected,and the content and methods of group activities are constantly adjusted to achieve the purpose of alleviating job burnout.Through evaluation and summary,it is concluded that group working methods can effectively alleviate burnout in X oil production plant of J oilfield,but have limited role in improving the situation of female employees in enterprise and family.In view of state-owned enterprise female employees job burnout,combined with the reality in the research,want to solve the state-owned enterprise female employees and the whole professional women group job burnout,individual,groups,enterprises,government and the participation of the whole society,in particular,including: female employees should set up scientific and reasonable career expectations,state-owned enterprises should constantly optimize the incentive mechanism and promotion channel,multilateral cooperation for career planning guidance and tracking,the whole society to promote gender equality. |
