In recent years,the word "pressure" has become more and more common,from babbling children to the elderly who have experienced vicissitudes of life almost have or big or small,more or less pressure," pressure " also seems to gradually tilt to younger children.With the development and progress of the times,the social competition is becoming more and more fierce.Parents often put more high hopes on their children,and the psychological pressure faced by children is increasing day by day,resulting in shortness of breath or heart rate fluctuations,tantrums or silence.Based on face-to-face interview and questionnaire survey,this study investigated the psychological stress status and influencing factors of large class children in XX kindergartens in Huaibei City,and put forward the corresponding decompression countermeasures.It is found that the psychological stress of large class children is manifested in five aspects: one is adult reward and punishment,the other is academic rules,the third is peer relationship,the fourth is life adaptation,and the fifth is other aspects.Gender as a variable in this study T independent sample test found that there are significant differences between male and female children in the peer relationship dimension,individual needs dimension,academic rules dimension;age as a single factor ANOVA found that there is no significant impact on the psychological stress of large class children.Based on the case of children with different personalities,this paper makes a comparative study of teachers and children to study whether the psychological pressure faced by children and the pressure expressed by children themselves are consistent under the perspective of teachers,and to analyze the causes of the current situation of the cases.The study found that the stress performance of teachers and children were different.The author summarized the influencing factors of 50large-class children in the garden,including their own factors,parents,teachers,peers,social factors and other factors.
