| With the introduction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation by Premier Li Keqiang, entrepreneurship activities are in full swing, and research on entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly numerous.Early entrepreneurship studies focused on entrepreneur trait theory, while current studies focus on entrepreneur learning theory. The research object of entrepreneurship study is generally considered to be entrepreneurs or start-up enterprises, and some scholars take university students as the research object of entrepreneurship study. There are two main research directions for the study of college students as research objects: On the one hand,it studies entrepreneurship education mode from the perspective of university administrators and educators; On the other hand,it analyzes the essential process of college students’ entrepreneurial learning from the perspective of learning subjects. Most of the latter studies focus on a small number of college students who are starting their own businesses, while ignoring the potential group of college students who are starting their own businesses. Therefore, few studies have explored the process and harvest of college students’ entrepreneurial learning from the perspective of experiential learning. At the same time, domestic innovation and entrepreneurship competitions are flourishing everywhere.Tens of thousands of teams and college students participate in the entrepreneurship competitions every year, and there is no trend of decline. This phenomenon is also worth our reflection: Can the National Entrepreneurship Competition bring value to students? How can students learn entrepreneurship during the competition? What knowledge or skills can students gain? What positive or negative effects does it have on entrepreneurship education? At present, the research on these aspects is so scarce that we need to explore. In the national contest of college students’ innovative undertaking this study as a case,on the basis of the existing theory of entrepreneurial learning research, the research establish an experience model of the entrepreneurial learning process of college students, and discuss what aspects of college students through experiential learning can harvest, and experiential learning effects on entrepreneurship. The research process is firstly to analyze the theoretical basis of college students’ experiential learning process by combing literature review and theories, and then to analyze the growth of college students through entrepreneurial learning through literature analysis.Then,semi-structured interviews were used to obtain research data, and the interview text was coded for analysis,so as to construct the process model of college students’ entrepreneurial learning and the output of entrepreneurial learning. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Undergraduates participating in the National Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Competition is an experiential learning process, including five stages: situational experience, reflection, sharing and discussion, abstract summary, and actual test.(2)The critical reflection process formed by college students in the experiential entrepreneurial learning process can inspire them to learn more deeply and accumulate entrepreneurial knowledge.(3)College students can cultivate entrepreneurial spirit through experiential entrepreneurial learning.(4)Through experiential learning, college students can promote the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit, and ultimately enhance their entrepreneurial ability.Through the study,we get the enlightenment that college students should actively participate in experiential learning and grasp every chance of experiential learning to improve their entrepreneurial ability. At the same time, college students should pay attention to reflection in the process of experiential learning, and the experience extracted from success and failure is the most valuable.By reflecting and experiencing the process and outcome of learning, students can engage more areas of the brain and make stronger connections with the material. |
