Background: relevant research has shown that sports activities play positive roles in memory,attention and classroom behavior,and can improve brain learning efficiency.Meanwhile,as “zero sports” concept enters into Chinese campus,and “enjoying the pleasure,enhancing physique,training sound personality,and tempering their will” plays a positive role in educating people of PE class,sports activities play a positive role in the academic achievements.Previous research finds that HIIT plays a positive role in undergraduate sports ability and brain cognition function,and separation from HIIT and HIFT should play a positive role in undergraduate sports ability and brain cognition function.However,two training programs have certain difference in terms of training structure and training contents arrangement.Do two training programs exist differences of influence of the trainer? If there is any difference,what is difference?Purpose: the paper is prepared to compare the influence of sports ability and brain cognition function and difference of the impact effect between HIFT and HIIT;to explore a high-safety and obviously training program to invigorate the brain and do physical exercise for college undergraduates;meanwhile,to enrich the recipe to invigorate the brain through doing exercise.Method: recruited college male undergraduates,adopted subject informed consent,demographic characteristics and PARQ&YOU questionnaires for screening,finally determined28 subjects(14 people in HIFT group and 14 people in HIIT group),and carried out training in groups.The research used documentary method,survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics.NDI-200 electromyography evoked potentials equipment,Stroop Color-Word Test,Monark 894,and Monark 839 E cycle ergometer are used;repeated side strides,burpees and Illinois race test are used as evaluation indicators to test cognitive function of subjects,sports ability and specific physical performance.Result:(1)As training time continues,aerobic capacity of HIFT group and HIIT group(Vo2max)is improved,and the increasing trend is shown.After doing exercises for 3 weeks,HIIT group shows significant difference(P<0.05);HIFT group shows significant difference(P<0.05)after 6 weeks,and the difference always continues until 2 weeks after stopping doing exercise.Relative appreciation of Vo2 max in the HIFT group is significantly higher than HIIT group after doing exercise for 6 weeks(P<0.05).(2)Compared HIFT and HIIT,and in the wingate test,the indicator appreciation of Power Drop shows significant difference(P<0.05)after doing exercise for 3 weeks and 6 weeks.(3)HIFT and HIIT can improve burpees test scores of subjects(P<0.05),and the elevated status of test performance in HIFT group is obviously higher than HIIT group(P<0.05);HIFT and HIIT can obviously improve Illinois running test performance(P<0.05),and the performance change value for two groups has no obvious difference(P>0.05).(4)Mo CA score for HIFT group and HIIT group shows increasing trend as doing exercise time increases,and Mo CA score appreciation in HIFT group is obviously higher than HIIT group(P<0.05)after doing exercise for 6 weeks(P<0.05).(5)As doing exercise continues,reaction time of Stroop Color-Word Test in HIFT group and HIIT group,and reaction time/accuracy indicator continue shortening trend until the sixth week achieves obvious change(P<0.05).(6)In HIFT group and HIIT group,reaction time indicator of Fz,Cz,Pz point ERP P300 at HIFT group and HIIT group continues to show obvious difference as training cycle continues(P<0.05).(7)Cz point ERP P300 incubation period in HIFT group shortens,and achieves significant shortening level at sixth week(P<0.05),and HIIT group has no obvious change(P>0.05);Pz point ERP P300 incubation period in HIFT group shortens,and achieves obvious level in the third week(P<0.05).HIIT group has no obvious change(P>0.05).(8)POMS-TMD in two groups show declining,but HIFT group shows obvious difference level in sixth week(P<0.05),and keeps the level after stopping doing exercise for 2 weeks.HIIT group has no obvious change(P>0.05),and the score change value of two groups shows obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)HIIT and HIFT play a positive role in cerebral cognitive function.(2)HIIT and HIFT can improve athletic ability of subjects.(3)The impact effect of HIFT on cerebral cognitive function is superior to HIIT.(4)The impact effect of HIFT on athletic ability is superior to HIIT.(5)Based on safety,efficiency,high-mobility and high persistence,it is advised to take the HIFT program as one of best alternatives for strengthening the body and mind of undergraduates.
