The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of "Students In The Enrollment Expansion" Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Shandong Province

Higher vocational education millions of expansion of a stone aroused waves of thousands of layers,in the vocational education sector caused a major response.With the steady progress of higher vocational enrollment expansion,the quality of education after the expansion of enrollment into higher vocational colleges has become increasingly prominent.The Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Opinions on Teaching Management of Higher Vocational Education after the Enrollment Expanding to guide vocational colleges to take the initiative to adapt to the new requirements of higher vocational enrollment expansion,comprehensively improve the whole process and all links of talent training,and effectively guarantee quality-oriented enrollment expansion.Therefore,in order to guarantee the quality of talent cultivation,the study of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges should be put on the agenda,and the research on the problems and countermeasures of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges should be extremely urgent and important.This study takes three higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province that participate in the plan of one million higher vocational enrollment expansion as the research objects,and adopts literature method and investigation method to collect data and obtain information.The content is divided into five parts around the problems and countermeasures of the cultivation of students in enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province.The first part is to expand the relevant theories of talent training.Firstly,it defines the two concepts of students in enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges and talent training,and then puts forward the theoretical basis of talent training expansion,which mainly includes lifelong education theory,education service theory and adult education theory.The second part is the characteristics and training requirements of enrollment expansion.First of all,compared with the traditional source of students,the expanded enrollment as a group presents the characteristics of discontinuous learning career,complex source structure,difference in learning foundation and diversified learning needs.It is clear that the expanded enrollment training cannot copy the traditional source of students.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and development needs of ex-servicemen,laid-off workers,migrant workers and professional farmers in the enrollment expansion,and makes clear that the enrollment expansion should carry out classified and stratified training.By analyzing the differences between the expanded enrollment groups and the traditional sources of students as well as the differences between the groups within the expanded enrollment,we can not only grasp the characteristics of the expanded enrollment on the whole,but also teach each group according to their aptitudes.The third part is the current situation investigation and existing problems of talent cultivation.The current situation survey mainly includes four parts.First,the choice of survey subjects.Taking three higher vocational colleges as research objects,108 questionnaires were collected from students,and 11 relevant personnel including teachers,administrators and professional leaders were interviewed.Second,the survey scheme design.Design a questionnaire for students and an interview outline for teachers and managers;Third,survey reliability and validity test.SPSS was used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Interview process check,triangulation test,participant test,feedback method and other methods were used to improve the interview reliability and validity.Fourthly,the survey results are presented,and the questionnaire and interview results are discussed in detail in the order of curriculum design,teaching implementation,student management and student evaluation.The existing problems of expanding enrollment and training mainly include outdated course content,unbalanced structure,single evaluation and examination method,poor teaching effect and rigid student management.The fourth part is to analyze the causes of the problem of talent training in higher vocational colleges.The causes of the problem are summarized as follows: the deviation of talent training concept;The personnel training system is not perfect;The construction of teachers is not perfect;Lack of deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation in education.The fifth part is the countermeasure research of expanding the recruitment talent training,the countermeasure put forward has the idea first,cultivating the diversified talent;Tailoring the curriculum system systematically;Teach students according to their aptitude and implement diversified teaching;The combination of rigor and leniency,innovation of student management;Specializing in technical skills,improving the construction of teachers;To deepen school-enterprise cooperation in the same boat;Three complete evaluation,the construction of evaluation system.
