The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has brought unprecedented challenges and development opportunities to vocational education.In the new era of highquality development of the socialist economy,there is an urgent need to cultivate skilled and innovative talents oriented to the development of new technologies.This is the mission of the era given to workers in the new era,and also the need for the construction of high-quality workers in China today.The research on the training of new technology applied talents in higher vocational colleges is rarely involved in the academic circles of China.Therefore,in the new era,facing the new requirements of talent training,how to explore and cultivate new vocational talents has become an urgent task for vocational education to study and solve.This article aims to solve the problem that the talents cultivated by higher education institutions cannot meet the development demand of new technology industry.The article investigates and analyzes the current situation of new technology applied talents cultivation,composes and summarizes the experience of new technology applied talents cultivation at home and abroad,constructs the new technology applied talents cultivation system,and finally puts forward the realization path of new technology applied talents cultivation.The paper focuses on three questions: "what kind of talents to cultivate","what is the current situation of talents cultivation" and "how to improve the quality of talents cultivation".First,the article defines the core concepts of higher education institutions,technology and new technology,new technology applied talents and other technological talents,and new technology applied talents cultivation,clarifies the connotation and characteristics of new technology applied talents,and explains the new characteristics of new technology applied talents cultivation.Based on this,the article composes the relevant literature from stakeholder theory,talent classification theory,triple helix theory and technological innovation method theory,and elaborates its application in this paper,so as to lay a good literature foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,in order to deeply understand the actual situation of cultivating new technology application-oriented talents in higher vocational institutions,the article adopts the research methods of questionnaire survey and centralized interview to select students,teachers,as well as government and enterprise related personnel for information data from the aspects of talent cultivation mechanism,teaching organization type,curriculum system construction,teaching material organization form,comprehensive quality of teachers,talent development mode and industry synergistic development,etc.The current situation of the cultivation of new technology application-oriented talents in higher vocational colleges is analyzed in detail,and the problems in the process of cultivating new technology application-oriented talents are clarified,and the deep-seated reasons are elaborated from the analysis of the lagging education concept,unclear education goal orientation,old education mode and insufficient investment in education resources.Then,the article sorts out the course and mode of cultivating new technology applied talents in major European countries,the United States,Japan,Australia and other western developed countries from the aspects of talent cultivation concept,curriculum system construction and fund utilization,and draws corresponding revelations,and takes W Vocational and Technical College as an example,and takes the education policy,cultivation goal,curriculum system and teaching method as an example of new technology applied The concept of talent cultivation is sorted out,the main features of its talent cultivation are summarized,and the empirical revelations for the cultivation of new technology applied talents in China are put forward.Again,on the basis of analyzing the current situation and dilemma of new technology applied talents cultivation and learning from the cultivation experience at home and abroad,the article starts from the value orientation of the new technology applied talents cultivation system,adopts various investigation methods such as field research,expert interview and data collection,and adopts DEMATEL method with pedagogy and ecology as the basic structure,by analyzing the construction concept of new technology applied talents cultivation system.The analysis and identification of each influencing factor of the cultivation system of new technology application-oriented talents in higher education institutions are carried out.On the basis of this,the paper forms a new teaching organization form from the three elements of education power of enterprises,service power of higher education institutions and development power of students,and constructs a model of new technology applied talents cultivation system of higher education institutions from the perspective of internal and external ecosystem with the cultivation of new technology applied talents as the core and the government,universities and enterprises coupled together.Finally,from the overall structure of new technology applied talents cultivation,the thesis proposes the realization path of new technology applied talents cultivation in five dimensions,including clarifying cultivation goal,reconstructing talents cultivation system,reforming talents cultivation mode,updating evaluation index system and optimizing quality assurance.
