| In recent years, adolescents’ mental health has been a hot topic in society.Social loneliness of adolescents was a common problem in school mental health education and school psychological counseling.Social loneliness refers to the negative emotional experience of being despised and neglected due to the lack of one’s own social circle or being rejected by one’s favorite social group, which leads to unsatisfied interpersonal communication needs. This study aimed to explore the characteristics of the initial sandplay of junior high school students who tended to be socially lonely and the effect of group sandplay games on improving the loneliness of junior high school students who tended to be socially lonely. The study was conducted in the eighth grade of a middle school in Wenzhou City.15 junior high school students with social loneliness tendencies were selected through ICQ,AL scales and class peer nomination questionnaires to be included in the experimental group. At the same time,15 subjects were selected as the regular group. The work compared the initial sandplay characteristics of the two groups of participants and extracted the key features of the social loneliness of junior high school students.Based on the above research results, combined with the scale,we screened 18 junior high school students who tended to be socially lonely and formed two treatment groups and a control group. The members of the experimental group 1 were from the same class, and the members of the experimental group 2 were from different classes.Under the same experimental treatment, whether the intervention effect of the group composed of different members was different. The results of the research were as follows:(1)During the production of the initial sandplay of junior high school students who tended to be socially lonely, there would be frequent small and medium-scale sand movements; The number of trauma themes in the initial sandplay works of the socially lonely junior high school students was significantly greater than the healing themes, and the emergence of hidden, inverted and incomplete themes is typical features. There were few healing themes in the works, and the two themes of journey and depth were obviously lacking.(2)The group sandplay game had some intervention effect on improving the loneliness of junior high school students who tended to be socially lonely.Among them, the sandplay group composed of class peers had a significantly better intervention effect than the randomly formed sandplay group. |
