The left-behind junior high school students are in the middle of adolescence,the thinking is maturing day by day,the self-consciousness develops rapidly,the emotion is strong and unstable,the parents are far away,the kinship is separated,the loneliness is generally present in the left-behind junior high school students group,which affects the healthy growth and personality development of the left-behind junior high school students.How to alleviate the level of isolation of left-behind junior high school students and promote the healthy growth of left-behind junior high school students is one of the important contents of current school mental health education.The group sandplay combines the advantages of sandplay therapy and group therapy methods,and has achieved good results in improving the interpersonal interaction of the group and promoting the growth of the group and individual,especially suitable for school psychological counseling and specific group counseling and treatment,because of its unique form and advantages,it is loved by clients and counselors.This study used group sandplay to study the loneliness of left-behind junior high school students.Study 1: the present situation investigation of loneliness in middle school students.Through the "Youth Loneliness questionnaire ",the seventh and eighth grade students of a school of a Yingdong,Fuyang City,Anhui Province were investigated,and the data collected from the questionnaire were processed and analyzed to understand the present situation of loneliness of the students as a whole and the differences of loneliness in gender,grade,only child,left-behind child and education level of parents.Study 2: Using group sandplay to intervene the loneliness of left-behind junior high school students.From the high-level segment of the results of the Youth Loneliness questionnaire,students volunteered to participate and selected 6 people as intervention groups to receive group sandplay intervention for eight the above research and intervention analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The loneliness level of students in the school of Yingdong is generally good.(2)There are gender differences between boys and girls in the level of isolation of junior high school students,and there are no significant differences in grades,whether there are only children,whether there are left-behind children,and the level of education of parents.(3)The scores of loneliness after the experiment of left-behind junior high school students were significantly lower than those of their pre-test loneliness scores,and group sand table games could effectively reduce the level of loneliness.
