Research On The Factors Of Labor Unemployment Risk And Risk Prevention Under The Background Of Digital Economy

At present,led by scientific and technological innovation,digital economy constantly innovates traditional industries,spawns new technologies,new industries,new formats and new models,profoundly shapes the labor employment market and changes the employment structure.With the continuous innovation of science and technology and the vigorous development of digital economy,while creating a large number of employment opportunities and absorbing more employment,it also leads to the structural unemployment problem in traditional industries and industries,which makes employment polarization increasingly prominent,and constantly affects the unemployment risk.Can digital economy improve the quality of employment and weaken the risk of unemployment? Based on this background,this paper studies the impact of the development of digital economy on the risk of labor unemployment in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the empirical results,in order to provide some reference for the prevention of labor unemployment risk under the background of digital economy.On the basis of synthesizing the research status of domestic and foreign scholars and summarizing their experience and methods,this paper analyzes it by using human capital theory,feasible ability theory and unemployment theory,and discusses it from the following four aspects with empirical research methods:(1)This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the development of digital economy on the risk of labor unemployment.In depth mining domestic and foreign scholars’ research on digital economy and unemployment risk factors,summarizing the existing research results,and comprehensively analyzing the influence mechanism of digital economy development on labor unemployment risk.(2)The influencing factors of labor unemployment risk under the background of digital economy are screened.Based on the definition of the influencing factors of labor unemployment risk by scholars at home and abroad,this paper selects the relevant influencing factors of unemployment risk,constructs the evaluation index system of labor unemployment risk covering three dimensions of employment environment,employ ability and social security,measures the labor unemployment risk of various provinces in China,and comprehensively evaluates the labor unemployment risk of China according to the measurement results To identify the influencing factors of labor unemployment risk.(3)This paper empirically analyzes the impact of the development of digital economy on the risk of labor unemployment.Taking digital infrastructure,digital business scale and digital technology application as three indicators to represent the development level of digital economy in different regions,this paper constructs an empirical model to test,and analyzes the influence mechanism of the development level of digital economy on the risk of labor unemployment.(4)This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the risk of labor unemployment under the background of digital economy.Based on the empirical research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the risk of labor unemployment and promote fuller and higher quality employment from three dimensions of optimizing the employment environment,improving the employability,strengthening social security and the development of digital economy.
