| By 2019,according to statistics,there are 1,388 regular vocational colleges independently set up in China,with a enrollment of up to 3.5074 million.The total number of graduates has reached 3.516,400,and the total number of students has exceeded 11 million,accounting for more than 40% of the total enrollment of higher education.At the same time,vocational colleges provide technical training to over 20 million social workers every year.Young teachers have become the main force in private higher vocational colleges.The job satisfaction of young teachers is directly related to the training quality of students,the teaching quality of private higher vocational colleges and the development prospect of private higher vocational colleges.This paper combines relevant theories and data analysis results of field investigation and visit,and adopts literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to study the job satisfaction of young teachers in Nanchang Vocational and Technical College.The author obtained the relevant theories,influencing factors and common measurement tools of teachers’ job satisfaction through consulting relevant literature,and analyzed them.Researchers at home and abroad for reference,the second,this paper,the research achievements of teachers’ job satisfaction,and combining the characteristics of young teachers in higher vocational colleges run by the local in our country,the young teachers in higher vocational colleges run by the local framework discussed about job satisfaction,determines the evaluation standard of young teachers in higher vocational colleges run by the local work satisfaction and its influence factors,put forward to improve the concrete measures of private higher vocational colleges and universities young teacher job satisfaction.Taking nanchang vocational and technical college young teachers as the research object,through questionnaire,together with the method of questionnaire to nanchang vocational and technical college young teachers job satisfaction research,by using the data statistical analysis method,to analyze the status of young teachers in the school’s overall job satisfaction and the differences of relevant variables.On the whole,the job satisfaction of young teachers in private vocational colleges is relatively high.The evaluation index of job satisfaction can be divided into nine dimensions: leadership and management,social status and recognition,work income and work welfare,education system and social environment,interpersonal relationship,work tasks,work environment and college environment,students and parents,and self-realization.In the study,it is found that young teachers are highly satisfied with interpersonal relationship,working environment and college environment,students and parents,among which the satisfaction of working environment and college environment is the highest.The degree of satisfaction with work income and work welfare,social status and recognition is low,among which the degree of satisfaction with work income and work welfare is the lowest.It is also found that gender,age,marital status,educational background,interpersonal relationship,teaching experience,position,professional discipline and other factors have a certain impact on young teachers’ job satisfaction.According to the research results of nanchang vocational and technical college,the author put forward in the fifth chapter for young teachers in higher vocational colleges run by the local job satisfaction measures,including: reasonable allocation of young teachers working content,establishing diversified salary incentive,create good working environment,perfecting the college youth talent management system,build a cultural system of organization,set up talent development dual channel promotion. |
