| MBA(Master of Business Administration)education originated from European and American countries.It is a professional master’s degree to cultivate middle and senior management talents.As an important part of higher education,it has a history of nearly one hundred years.It provides a large number of excellent management talents for the development of social economy and has been widely recognized by all sectors of society.Compared with the mature MBA development system in the west,though MBA education in China started late,it has lasted through more than 20 years and developed rapidly,which can largely represent the overall development direction of professional degree education in China.In recent years,the level and management ability of MBA education in China have been improved,but there are still many deficiencies in curriculum,management mode and development strategy.In order to meet the needs of sustainable development,we should continue to explore and reform.The research on the efficiency of educational management has gradually become a subject worthy of further study in the field of education.It is the trend of the world’s educational development and the premise of the quality assurance of MBA education in Colleges and universities.Its purpose is to improve the efficiency of educational management,enhance the orientation of objectives and effects,promote the development of the efficiency of MBA education management,and improve the overall quality of education projects.This is not only for the society’s need to cultivate excellent management talents,but also is the internal need of its own development.This paper takes the MBA education project of D University as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis,looks up and analyzes the literature related to the efficiency of education management,combs the concept and influencing factors of the efficiency of education management,uses AHP analysis,and constructs the education management from three aspects of strategic objectives and innovation,education participants and teaching situation,with 16 indicators,the evaluation model of efficiency,analyzing its current situation and problems,and then putting forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions:establish scientific and reasonable education efficiency positioning concept,establish perfect teaching operation mechanism,establish innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,and provide lifelong employment services,so as to truly achieve the purpose of improving education management efficiency,and improve the overall quality of MBA education in D University.The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of the index system of MBA education management efficiency of D University;the evaluation of MBA education management efficiency by AHP,the summary and analysis of the current problems of MBA education management of D University;taking D University as an example,the improvement suggestions of MBA education management efficiency are put forward,which provides reference for the promotion of MBA education management efficiency of other universities. |
