As a basic course in all the subjects,English is necessary in the teachingof secondary vocational schools.But English teaching has been criticized among theseschools.The present situation is more obvious that the students dislike studying and the teachers dislike teaching.And there are many problems existing in the traditional teaching.Thus how to reform English teaching in secondary vocational schools is becoming more and more urgent.With constant development of science and information technology,flipped classroom model arises at the historic moment.The students can gain the related content and knowledge points through watching the video that the teacher has recorded.That is to say,the students can realize gaining the basic knowledge at home instead of school.Next step,digesting,the teacher need to solve the difficulties that most student can't figure out in the class.Then the students discuss together,further studying and mastering the knowledge points.Different from the traditional class,flipped classroom has broken the limitation of teaching in time and space,shown us a fresh teaching idea,and realized the changes in teaching resource technology and network.Based on the comprehensive analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,through the way of questionnaire,I have planned to analyze and master the present situation of implementing of flipped classroom in English teaching of secondary vocational schools.As a commonEnglish teacher,Iturn the new model into words studying class,speaking class,writing class and grammar class the four different classes.Then get more about the effects.Through the analysis of the questionnaire for teachers and students,I analyze and summarize the existing problems,first,the problems from teachers,such as the videos that the teachers have recorded aren't so attractive,the class is hard to organize and control,the teachers' works are adding so much.Second,the problems from students,such as the students are poor at controlling themselves,the discussing and thinking before class aren't enough,the students can't work with others deeply,and they can't volunteer to review the knowledge after class.Third,the problems from present assistance and situation,for example,there aren't any enough Internet equipment and facilities in schools,the learning platform and the new evaluation aren't very sound,and the parents don't spend much time in supporting cooperating and supervising their kids.At the same time,in this paper,Iput forward three corresponding countermeasures for the problems,first about teachers,strengthen the teachers' operating abilities,centralize the power of all the English teachers,enhance the teachers' flexibly class organizing abilities.Second about students,such as exercise the students' abilities of self-control,strengthen their information technology,cultivate and improve their abilities of self-learning and cooperating.Third is improving the system's equipment and facilities,such as increaseinvestment in facilities of the campus network,break the interests balance and resources sharing platform,and develop the standard of comprehensive test before class and review after class.
