Left-behind children in rural areas,as a vulnerable group carrying the hopes of the country and the nation,are widely distributed,diversified and numerous.To properly deal with the education problem of left-behind children in rural areas is the key to maintain the country’s economic prosperity and stability as well as the stable development of social economy.As a systematic project,the steady implementation of educational assistance can promote the healthy development of social economy.Therefore,when dealing with the problem of education assistance,we should set up the consciousness of advance and assist in concrete actions to promote the healthy development of education assistance.This paper mainly studies the H county rural left-behind children education support,in the county rural left-behind children education support after elaborates the current situation of the development,using questionnaire survey method,summarized the existing problems and then make scientific and rational countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to can improve the quality of the county rural left-behind children education aid provide a reference for other research on the basis of the reference value.This paper mainly takes H county as an example to study and analyze the education and support of left-behind children in rural areas.The following three research methods are used.Second,questionnaire survey;Third,literature research.This study consists of six parts.The first part is an introduction.After collecting and sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,the research background and research problems of this paper are put forward to preliminarily understand the problems and deficiencies existing in domestic and foreign educational support,define the content and key points of this paper,and clarify the innovation points of this paper.The second part is the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Firstly,it expounds the three concepts of rural education,left-behind children in rural areas,and educational assistance.Finally,it comprehensively elaborates the following three theories.The second is the theory of human capital;Thirdly,the theory of educational equity lays a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.The third part is the current situation of educational assistance for left-behind children in rural areas of H County.After elaborating the situation of left-behind children in rural areas of H County,it briefly describes the situation of educational assistance and explores the effect of educational assistance.The fourth part is about the problems existing in the education and support of rural left-behind children in H County,and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of education and support for rural left-behind children.The fifth part is the education and support measures for rural left-behind children in H County,mainly proposing scientific and reasonable countermeasures to improve the current problems.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,and puts forward the prospect of follow-up research on the basis of summarizing the previous research results.The research conclusion of this paper is as follows: At present,there are still four problems in the implementation of educational assistance for left-behind children in rural areas in H County.Second,insufficient funds for educational assistance;The third is to ignore the actual needs of the target;Fourth,there is a lack of supervision mechanism for education and assistance.Finally,scientific and reasonable Suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of family,government,school,society and teachers,in order to improve the education and assistance problems of left-behind children in this county.
