The Open University integrates high quality educational resources of the community and is accessible to all learners through a combination of Continuing education and Continuing education,based on modern information technology and the Internet.China’s Open University is based on the transformation of Radio and Television University,its strategic transformation and development is a qualitative improvement and leap.The Open University adopts the teaching mode of distance network education as the main part and face-to-face teaching as the auxiliary part.It pays more attention to the openness and flexibility,the sharing of teaching resources.Therefore,the teaching staff,cultural and educational objectives and classroom teaching management mechanism of the Open University are different from those of higher vocational colleges and universities.With the rapid development of Open University in recent years,the number of students is increasing,and the students are more and more eager for the skill operation and practical operation,so it is urgent to establish a high-quality "double-qualified" teaching staff.Integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,this paper based on Chengde Radio and TV "double type" teachers’ investigation and study,find the school on the "double type" teachers construction process the main problems,such as incomplete management system,welfare treatment does not reach the designated position,evaluation system is not scientific and practical experience to ascend,and so on.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,feasible countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,such as establishing and improving the management system of "double-qualified" teachers,focusing on improving the salary and welfare of "double-qualified" teachers,and enriching the evaluation content of "double-qualified" teachers.Through the research of this paper,it can provide some references for other open universities,including Chengde Radio and TV,to build the "double teacher team". |
