When difficult employment for college students meet the national policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",it is both a challenge and opportunity.Entrepreneurial is beneficial to the realization of life value for college students,and conducive to the early investment in children’s education to gain the income quickly for families,and it is also beneficial to China’s economic development and the construction of a harmonious society for the country and society.However,as college students have not yet stepped into the society,so their entrepreneurial intention and behavior are more likely to be limited by family background and social factors.In this research,the gender,type of school they attend,major,grade,family location and whether the one-child are control variables,socioeconomicstatus is the independent variable which divided into family socioeconomic status and subjective socioeconomic status two dimensions,entrepreneurial intention is the dependent variable which divided into unconditional entrepreneurial intention and conditional entrepreneurial intention two dimensions,and social support for the intermediary variable which contains objective social support,subjective social support and the use of support three dimensions,and then design questionnaire using maturity scale,make a survey of 1409 students from A,B,C,D four universities in shaanxi province.SPSS22.0 was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and intermediary analysis on the collected questionnaire data.The main results and conclusions were mainly obtained:1.The socioeconomic status level of college students is overall at a lower level,and there are significant differences in type of school they attend,major,gender,weather one-child,and family location;The social support of college students is at a upper level,and significant differences in grade gender,and family location;The entrepreneurial intention is overall below-average,and also significant differences in gender,grade,school and major,but not in whether the one-child and family location.2.There is a significant positive correlation between social economic status,social support and entrepreneurial intention of college students.3.Subjective socioeconomic status has mediating effect between family socioeconomic status and entrepreneurial intention.4.Social support of college students has mediating effect between social economic status and entrepreneurial intention.
